We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in September 2026 and was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The room was clean & comfortable. One area that could be improved is the pricing of drinks and car park fee, as I found them to be quite expensive compared with similar hotels.

A stellar hotel with a lot of great amenities open to any type of guest. There are great gym facilities, a room with a great mixture of cardio machines and another for weights, and a gymnastics room. The indoor pools, which includes one that leads to a small outdoor space with a more private outdoor space and a jacuzzi, is a great way to avoid the more open pools near all the deckchairs.
The room had a great view of the ocean, even with some trees partially blocking it (these did help to give us some privacy from the other balconies and guests below). There is also a good mixture of restaurants. I would recommend half board to get the best value from the evening buffet, though we made do with bed and breakfast and paying as we went. Il Basilico is another fantastic restaurant nearby that the hotel offers discounts to: it’s easier to get to from the outside; it was a bit confusing being led to a door leading into an indoor car park when trying to get there through the hotel.
The staff were by and large very friendly, including the excellent maids and waiters. Great choices at the breakfast and evening buffets. Would definitely return.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent food at all the restaurants, a great breakfast, nice facilities, and comfortable rooms. We had absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Very quiet and relaxed. Absolutely spotlessly clean hotel, including rooms, pool area and gardens. Huge breakfast choice. Will definitely return.
Lovely place to stay, we liked the layout of the junior suite, had all that was needed. Plenty of choice for restaurants around and a supermarket just below the complex. Recommend a visit to the Lido which is very close
