Glorious stay and will be back k to this beautiful island d and hotel
Well where do I start this is the best hotel and holiday we have ever had in Europe. The hotel was so central but away from the crowds- food my goodness was amazing and so well presented. We stayed B&B but had really amazing coffee, service and a choice of buffet or made to order- I love an omelette and these have been the best. All the team are amazing and so friendly and helpful. All in all one of our best experiences- The island is gorgeous and so much to see- Will be back.
Fab hotel, very central yet quiet
Great hotel. Very central & everything is in easy walking distance. The rooftop pool was lovely along with the jacuzzi. There were plenty of sun beds. Staff were friendly & the hotel is well maintained. The spa is a nice extra with pool, steam room & sauna. Breakfast had plenty of choice including a cook to order menu. Special shout out to Claudia on reception, so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, a credit to the hotel. We would definitely return!

Great hotel in great location , top quality
Great hotel , in fantastic location in Funchal , in quiet spot but a short walk to all facilities ,friendly staff , quality establishment fantastic breakfast, nice bar and lovely rooftop pool , rooms were a good size , great shower and wi fi was a strong signal , nothing not to like , recommended to All

Absolutely outstanding experience
Everything was so perfect - location right in the centre and walking distance from main attractions as well as lovely restaurants. Food exquisite and not overly expensive despite being a hotel. Drinks also very reasonable. Pool and jacuzzi on the roof top is idyllic and whilst the spa is not huge, it is calm and welcoming. Best of all are the staff. Beautiful hotel and the very best staff, particularly on reception - wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return.
