This modern, elegant and luxurious self-catering holiday apartment hotel offers comfortable accommodation in one of the most beautiful world's spots. Guests may feel the cosiness of a home in the spacious comfort of an elegantly decorated apartment, complete with its own basic cooking facilities. The units feature modern wooden and upholstered furniture and are complemented with traditional elements.

Excellent location, very comfortable stay with great breakfast, staff are very friendly and tentative, would definitely return
Great location, underground parking, good size studio apartments. Cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful reception. Easy walk to old town and cable car. Shopping mall with large supermarket within a one minute walk.
Great hotel close to everything
The positives: great central location, good price, large room, self catering, amazing cleaning staff who cleaned fabulously every day, helpful reception staff
The negatives: dark room (not so much natural light); noise noise noise! Mainly other people crashing around at all hours of the night, wheeling cases for early flights, kids screaming etc. Not the hotels fault but thin walls and tiled floors mean this unavoidable. Wouldn’t return for this reason, as being sleep deprived on holiday is not what we were after!
Brilliant location very near the centre of Funchal and a short walk from the harbour, supermarket and cafes.
Sadly, the room appears very tired with signs of wear and tear on the fixtures and fittings. As a self catering apartment none of the basic essentials were in the room (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel etc). I think these items are an essential as buying a whole pack etc in the local supermarket would not be economically viable when only four or five days worth are needed - and taking them with you could result in a messy disaster in the case, plus add to the weight
