Very disappointing
Checked in online before getting to the hotel to "avoid delays". Ended up taking 20 minutes to check in anyway so I don't get the point. 4 reception desks and only 1 member of staff. Bar man at the pool bar is extremely rude. Waited 10 minutes for a glass of ice as he could not (would not) engage with us. Some days it takes 6-7 minutes to get from reception to your room or vice versa, 2 lifts for a huge hotel is crazy! You have to factor in additional time so you're not late for anything because the lifts are too busy! Hair dryer in the room is attached to the wall in the bathroom with a very short cord. It took 45 minutes to dry may hair here, it takes 10 minutes at home. Enquired about borrowing a hairdryer for the rest of our stay and were told "I don't think we have any others"! I don't believe this hotel is a 4 star hotel...a lot of the staff are rude and the overall feel leaves a lot to be desired. I would not come back.
Nice hotel in great location
Great location 1 row begging the marina, bars and restaurants. Some parts, mainly communal areas, a bit dated but clean, tidy with helpful and friendly staff. Bedrooms seem to have been refurbished. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, omelettes and pancakes made in front of you plus fresh squeezed juices and smoothies. 3 pool areas but we like the jacuzzi pool as we could sit and read on the internal seats around the edge.

Good hotel in brill location.
Comfortable hotel with airy pleasant rooms. Food was excellent - breakfast was really good and we were on half board and had à la carte every night at dinner which was great. Evening entertainment wasn’t brill but was acceptable. Lovely pool area. Hotel very close to Vilamoura Marina so easy walk to loads of restaurants for lunch. Overall a good holiday destination.

Maju, Leo, Antonio, Marcelo, Micheline e darlene it’s very nice interment team, I love play with this guys . And, Camile and Maju were absolutely brilliant, no word of a lie, promotion is what I’m hearing.
Great stay for families
We stayed here with our two small children and had a great time overall. The hotel is old, but the rooms have been largely updated. The entertainment team (Maju Antonio Gaby Leo Micheline and Marcelo) were amazing! They played with the kids each day and had a great schedule of entertainment. The breakfast is really good, very family friendly and welcoming!
