Pedro and his team go above and beyond for all who stay from the cleaners ,reception staff and the restaurant staff Our room is huge ,spotlessly clean and the view is amazing The products such as shower gel are luxurious after a day at the pool.or beach id love to take some of these products home Breakfast has everything you would want i cant see anyone going hungry Pool areas lovely ,clean &loads of sun loungers available throughout the day Convenient location to marina ,bars ,beach &restaurants Iv read some reviews and i find it a bit unfair some of the things I see mentioned The hotel cannot control the weather the music from purobeach next door (by the way we loved listening to it &my husband is 53&im 48 so we are not young by any means) and the way people act at the Breakfast buffet its the same every Breakfast buffet iv ever been to My one issue only was the pillows 🫣I struggled as it felt like I was sleeping on tiny little cubed blocks inside the pillow case (like sleeping on lego) that being said that's personal preference to me and to me they was not comfy but that was my only one tiny issue Il be sad to be leaving at stupid o'clock Sunday morning But thankyou so much for our stay Mr&Mrs dowler

We enjoyed the morning we went out and had a wonderful breakfast.
Got back to the hotel our rooms were ready , beautiful Seaview rooms with a lovely balcony , large balcony too .
Slept very well each night overlooking the front of the hotel lovely and quiet in the evening just watching people walk by.
The hotel stored our Golf Club‘s for us in the storage room downstairs which was very handy.
Breakfast was very nice every morning and the staff were very courteous at all times busy place! as was the bartender in the evenings where we caught up with fellow golfers great atmosphere.
The reception staff exceeded customer service , and no request was an issue. Everything was dealt with so efficiently and always with a smile.
The Shuttle service from the hotel to the golf clubs was excellent, always on time with a wonderful friendly driver.
We enjoyed singing on every transfer ! The golf courses were great 😊
The hotel is located five minutes from the beach, and about 10 minutes down to the strip, excellent location. We are definitely returning in 2027 and we look forward to staying with you . ⛳️🏌️♀️⛳️
The location was fabulous. On the beach, a short walk to a delicious Chinese buffet and the delights of the harbour. Many restaurants karaoke bars and a little arcade. Hotel rooms were clean and bright. We found the bathroom a little dark lighting could have been better.
Spa was amazing and great they could cater to children too. My daughter and I spent a lovely hour relaxing here.
My little girl has a milk allergy and they really looked after her. They were able to provide milk free pancakes, waffles, a vegan ice cream. It would take a little while to decipher food at dinner and I had to use the allergy card I pre made but she was able to enjoy pasta meat and chips. It was a shame there were no cakes for her. We were offered soya milk. And a yoghurt though when I checked this was lactose free so not suitable for a milk allergy.
A big thank you to the staff who helped us with the food. They were most helpful. And a credit to the hotel.
Activity team were great yoga and water aerobics. Leo Even played dominos and uno with us one night great fun.
Pool bar has ben and jerrys vegan ice cream. Though that run out during our stay so I used uber to order a large one which the team kept for me in the freezer. Small things like that really do help an allergy child on holiday ♥️
Overall had a good stay. Did not spend time at the hotel spa or pool as such can't comment. The location is great. Beach - with sunloungers and palapas to rent - is just a few steps away from the hotel. Close to the marina, easy (although a little longer) walk to Falesia beach. The reception staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast - good variety although some hot dishes were not really hot (the only complaint). Our room was comfortable, clean, had basic toiletiers, mini bar (extra charge), safe, balcony (although the balcony had no privacy and our room was overlooking the kids pool and restaurant as such was also not the quietest place). No kettle in the room. Far too loud music during some evenings - not the best experience for guests who want to relax. You have opportunity to share your feedback directly with the hotel management towards the end of your stay which is a good initiative by the hotel. If you travel with a lot of luggage you may have to carry it on your own to the room - i have not seen bellboys. Overall enjoyed the stay. Next time would book a seaview room to ensure more relaxing experience.
Beautiful hotel. Check it was so fast, rooms and hotel were spotless. The breakfast was so nice. Loads of variety to choose from. Pools were so relaxing. Loads of sun beds for everyone all day. Location is ideal, so close to the beach and the Marina.
