Quiet hotel
We had an excellent stay here for 8 nights. A lovely welcome from the staff on arrival and their hospitality continued for the duration of our stay. Hotel was quiet when we were there so no big groups of rowdy golfers although that will probably change in high golf season! Rooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, food was great, lots of choices for breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant in the evening although I assume that would match the food during the day. Would happily return

Exceptional Hospitality in a Beautiful Algarve Setting!
We had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve and would not hesitate to return. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located just a short walk from the marina, and the entire property is immaculate.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We had an issue with a car rental we had reserved through Hertz in Lisbon, and the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. One of the wonderful staff members found us a local car rental company that charged a fraction of the price for a comparable vehicle. Her kindness and willingness to help completely changed the start of our stay, and we were incredibly grateful.
A special thank you to Jessica, who was absolutely amazing! She recommended wonderful restaurants and even helped us plan an itinerary filled with beautiful places to explore. Her suggestions made our trip even more memorable, and we truly appreciated the time and care she took to help us.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with a minibar and a lovely balcony where we could unwind after a day of sightseeing. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and inviting, and the bar staff were so friendly that they made us want to return every evening.
The pool area is stunning—clean, relaxing, and picture-perfect. During our stay, the hotel also created a wonderful atmosphere for guests by setting up large projector screens so everyone could enjoy the World Cup matches together. It was a thoughtful touch that brought people together and added to the overall experience.
We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious. Another detail I loved was the beautiful flowers surrounding the hotel. They added so much color and charm to an already gorgeous property.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful attention to detail made this one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve and look forward to returning in the future.
Highly recommend, great stay
I've just returned from a 4 night stay at Hyatt Regency Villamoura
The hotel is newly renovated, facilities and rooms are modern with sufficient toiletries and included slippers and robes. The aesthetic and decor is lovely. We were kindly upgraded to a sea facing room on the 5th floor which was beautiful.
There are two outdoor pools, main pool and kids pool. Plenty of sun beds, each with a inbuilt shade for face area. There are not as many umbrellas but we didn't ever have a time where we couldn't get one.
Very close by to Vilamoura Marina, plenty of shops and restaurants in close walking distance.
Breakfast options were great and plentiful; omelette station, plenty of cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and hot food selection. Nespresso coffee machines. Staff in particular were very helpful and friendly.
Drinks and service available around the pool bar, prices as expected for a 4 star hotel.
There is also a Spar supermarket opposite which is very well stocked.
A great base when visiting Vilamoura.

Wonderful property. The staff, grounds and breakfast were all top notch. We left and came back it was so wonderful. I am still dreaming of breakfast.

We had a great time in Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve. It has a great facilities, accomodating and hospitable staff, very clean hotel that is near to everything, e.g. airport, restaurants, beach.groceries and shops.
