Bug bites, bugs on sofas and beds
Bugs on sofa and beds, which caused a lot of bites all over our bodies. Housekeeping only tried to address sofas. They should have deep cleaned the room and changed all the sheets. The night after we reported the issue we got more bug bites, and consequently requested to move rooms. This is the first time I had such a bad experience in a hotel. Extremely disappointed

Place is Fab. Beds not so!
The place is absolutely fabulous would be giving it 5 stars but unfortunately the beds were terrible. We stayed in 92A and myself and husband did not have a full night sleep the whole holiday. Everytime he moved in the bed it woke me. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch because she hated her mattress also.

One of the loviest places we’ve stayed in. The place is located well within walking distance to shops and the beach which takes around 10 minutes to walk. The area is clean. The apartments are huge, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The cleaners come in every 3 days, replacing towels. When you arrive they leave a bottle of water and milk in the fridge and they have a Nespresso machine with 4 pods more can be bought at reception. The beds are comfortable and they have black out blinds up which can be used with a button. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment and we had three balcony’s which was lovely for morning coffee! They also have a washign machine and a dishwasher and they provide washing tablets and dish washer tablets which is a great bonus! Who wants to be washing up on holiday.

We have been here more than 10 times now and we absolutely love it. Apartments are lovely, staff are wonderful, the onsite facilities are excellent and the Restaurant is very good. Its less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and beach and they have nice cool underground parking. We'll be back again in August looking forward to it already.

Family vacation in Luz
Visited with family for summer vacation and had a lovely time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with fully appointed kitchen and appliances. Great location with pool and walking distance to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely come back and stay again.
