Clean hotel amazing staff, food average... Quite disappointed my birthday week which my husband paid for on arrival we were told it was card only...which was wrong information. Rooftop pool area very small for the amount of guests in hotel. Feeling disappointed 😞
If you are going to the prime energize make sure you book an appointment with Carla in the spa. I can truthfully say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a spa. I think Carla must have magical fingers as I came out of my treatments feeling a thousand times better than when I went in.
What a fantastic hotel with really friendly staff from everyone had a really great time and will definitely be back super clean and a good breakfast selection we loved our stay many thanks again to everyone
