This hotel is absolutely great! It is positioned in a stunning location right near the beautiful beach and monte gordo but not far from Vila Real De Santo Antonio. The atmosphere is vibrant but quiet and friendly with a great rule that you cannot reserve sunbeds. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need in it and although we got a sofa bed there was still loads of space. The cleaners where incredible and came every day doing a great job. The service from the staff wasn't the best but that didn't bother me too much. It was great value for the money and I truly recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel and great for walks along the beach to Vila Real. The pristine golden sandy beach stretches for miles! Our apartment was comfy and spacious and clean. Reception was polite. Although we were there when several winter storms hit the country, we had a thoroughly good time and have booked to return next year!

I booked three nights here with the option to extend.

I didn't end up doing that.

My apartment was great, the view and the surroundings were all wonderful.

But for me, the hotel was far too noisy. There were apparently several groups of young people running around the hallways shouting all the time, and during the day there was a lot of banging (renovation work is necessary, of course), noisy cleaning carts, and slamming doors.

This might also be due to the hotel's interesting architecture – everything echoes quite a bit inside, as it's open in the middle.

Perhaps it doesn't bother others, and I'm a bit older myself, but still, it's a good hotel! Maybe I just had the wrong fellow guests.
