Great staff and location.
The hotel is basically central to all the various restaurants and shops which was extremely easy to get to. They also provided transportation and pick up to and from the beach.
Not a very friendly hotel and reception staff need training in checking in guests , Room was great only problem bathroom lights very poor and dim, food good but only good at Breakfast had better in other 4* hotels , ate out evenings plenty to choose from in all cuisines , bar staff ok Ricardo and waitress (older with glasses) were the only semi friendly ones , cleaning didn’t take place till about 4;00 pm apart from lady day but cleanly and Maintenance were good , would not stay here again But it’s very central to everything,
Problems checking in staff require further training to be aware of tankard Barcelona procedures and be aware of the Status of the client if they are on the Barcelo rewards programs. The room was clean and comfortable, but does require some maintenance as it’s starting to get tired. Swimming pool steps require urgent attention as tiles are coming off
Great locations, comfortable room and great rooftop space. Staff were friendly helpful and polite at all times.
Great hotel for base or have a day by the pool In the very warm weather only a small pool but it Was refreshing
