Just come back from incredible stay at hotel. Customer Service was incredible from the moment you arrive to when you leave. All staff go above and beyond from reception, waiting staff to house keeping. They really look after you. Hotel room was so comfortable with a balcony to soak in the sun The break buffet is one probably one of the best for someone who gluten and diary free. Hotel is middle of pedestrian shopping area of pedestrian and you can walk around Faro easily. Train station and bus station are nearby and airport is only 25 minutes away. My abiding memory will always be leaving departing the hotel early morning after breakfast for the airport with all the receptionists waving me good bye! Felt very shy using my basic Portuguese whilst on holiday. But wanted to say 'Obrigada por tudo'
Just returned from a fantastic week in and around Faro staying at the 3hb which is a great hotel . We just had one problem at check in , got to the hotel just before 12 we were told our room was not ready and to leave a phone number where we would be called when it was. We were given a shower room to change and our luggage was stored safely ,we returned to the hotel after about 3 hours with no phone call, we were then shown to our room with very little information about the hotel breakfast times etc (we ended up asking all our queries at the desk later on)not our usual experience of 5 star hotels. Apart from the check in, the hotel was great ,at breakfast we were well looked after by Paulo and the rest of the staff, The roof top bar and pool area is a great space . After a week at the 3hb all was forgiven and would love to return.
I had the most wonderful stay In Faro
We arrived by train to Faro from Lagos, and walked the 10 minutes from the station to 3HB Faro. We were an hour early for check-in, and the front desk said that they could take our luggage and would call us when our room was ready. My wife and I went to check out a lunch spot, and within 20 minutes they let us know our room was ready.
After lunch, we headed back and checked into our room. One of the staff brought us to our room with the luggage and told us all about the amenities and how the room worked. Overall, the staff was excellent for the 2 nights we stayed there. They were super friendly, and always around to help. When we went to the beach they provided us with beach towels and an umbrella.
The breakfast was very good, and there were plenty of options for food and drinks. The serving staff were always around to get extra food or provide more coffee.
The pool area was also nice and clean. There were plenty of loungers and chairs to sit on. Plus, there is a pool bar and restaurant right there.
Our room was spacious with a couch and balcony. Plenty of room in the bathroom with extra amenities. The bed was large and comfortable. It was really nice.
Overall 3HB Faro was an amazing stay and experience and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Faro. Thank you.
We have just returned from a 7-night stay at 3HB Faro, and I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond for us. The hotel is absolutely spotless throughout, and you can see how hard the entire team works to keep everything running seamlessly. The food was exceptional, and the overall level of service made the trip truly special. A huge highlight for us was the rooftop pool. It was never overly busy, and we never had an issue getting a sunbed after breakfast. The hotel has a strict policy against reserving beds—I even witnessed staff removing towels left by people who tried to save beds before wandering off into Faro! It made the pool area so much more enjoyable and fair for everyone. Our room was cleaned to perfection every single day and came stocked with fresh towels, along with complimentary water and soft drinks in the mini-bar. We also took advantage of the spa—it is on the smaller side, but it’s the perfect, tranquil space to unwind and chill out. The location is unbeatable. While the hotel offers everything you need, there are tons of fantastic local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance if you want a change of scenery in the evening. A true 5-star experience from start to finish—we will definitely be back!
