The hotel is set in an ideal location, situated on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and offers spectacular panoramic views of Senhora da Rocha Beach, which is sheltered and directly accessible from the hotel. Convenient public transport links may be found within 100 metres of the hotel. Faro Airport is at 55 km driving distance. The hotel offers guest rooms with sea or garden views for guests to freshen the day in the morning. All room are well-equipped with modern bathrooms, television with cable channels, air conditioning, hair dryer and mini bar. Guests can dine at two restaurants and a bar. Other facilities include swimming pool, spa, gym and kids club.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Ended up having a great week due to the area and the beaches . Basically we were offered an upgrade and had to pay 300 euros more to be put into what was called a Superior room which basically turned out to be the floor above were we had booked . What is not made clear is any room that you see in the picture of the hotel facing the sea is a suite anything else is side view or the other side by the front door garden view .I was under the impression we would be front facing the sea after a conversation with the hotel via whattsap when really it was never going to be there .Side view is where we were put and fortunately had an amazing view of Eco Beach well worth a visit but do not be fooled into booking more for these rooms as all side view had this view and the same generic layout as shown all over the website. Save you money and just book a side view room as the 300 euro extra we paid to be on the next floor made our holiday get off to a disappointing start and we felt cheated. The rooms have a kitchenette however no utensils, plates etc or even cutlery were provided . We muddled through but feel after paying nearly 2000 euros there should off been more on offer.The hotel was acceptable but in parts in need of modernising and general maintenance needed in the room we stayed in .
had a amazing holiday went for 4 days bed and breakfast buffet style lots to choose from pool area is nice too beautiful sea views from room and pool. staff where great too especially the young lady on reception thank you so helpful
The hotel claims to be a four-star property, but it barely deserves two stars. The only positive aspects are its location and the beautiful view from the pool. The hotel itself is old, poorly maintained, and has an unpleasant smell. The rooms are very uncomfortable and not properly equipped for a comfortable stay.
The location, the view, and the friendly staff are the only redeeming qualities. Aside from that, the experience was terrible.
Very friendly welcome to the hotel by all staff. On our first night we discovered a leak in our bathroom and was moved to another room the next morning with no hesitation. My daughter unfortunately was ill whilst on holiday and the hotel staff were very good at giving advice as to what medical treatment we could opt for. In the end we opted for a doctor to come to the hotel to treat my daughter. The dr arrived within a Couple of hours and was able to treat my daughter. Thank you to the staff who facilitated this. This hotel is very relaxed, we only had breakfast at the hotel and ordered snacks from the bar at lunchtime. Everything was tasty. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Although the hotel is little out of the way we never had any trouble ordering a taxi to take us to our location. The beach’s beside the hotel are little gems. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a relaxed chilled stay with friendly staff.
Such a lovely break away here. Views were exceptional, our room balcony overlooked the sea. Area was quiet, some nice walks on an evening. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room and ended each day in that area. The meals were pretty standard but we expected this and ate out on the odd occasion. We did think in general the layout could be better, the pool bar could be used a bit better on an evening time to maximise the views as the indoor bar didn’t really attract many people. What was great here were the staff. The hotel manager really went out of his way to resolve a problem for us. The cleaners were really friendly and did a great job every day. There was a waiter in the dining room, Daniel, who was always running round with a big smile on his face, laughing and joking with guests. There was always sunbeds, this hotel operated a system where you couldn’t reserve sunbeds with towels which actually took a lot of stress away when wanting to be by the pool. They had a gent out managing the seagulls which I was concerned about from previous reviews and we barely saw any. Beach was easily accessible. Reception staff arranged our excursions. All in all a great hotel.
