Great hotel, in a great location. 15 mins walk down hill to the beach and Old Town. Great pool, with plenty of sun loungers, pool bar served lovely food. We were B&B, plenty of food choice at breakfast (no English bacon or sausages) but every else you could ask for. We were in a pool view room which was really nice. Opposite the hotel is a Mcdonalds and a KFC,. There is a super market 5 mins away with a food court inside, Burger king and taco bell. Check in was 3pm, there was nothing to pay for WiFi or air-con.
Been numerous occasions over the years Great location, breakfast super and rooms kept clean by amazing staff. Going to be very honest with review Have been coming here since 2009. The rooms are very tired and in need of updating. The toilet seat in our bathroom was not the correct fit for the toilet and kept moving. The sunloungers are not clean and the outside areas are also in need of cleaning Activities during the day were available Staff were not rude but were not friendly I did not see the manager around in our 8 nights there as I would have spoken to him and raised these points. There was an invitation left one day to meet the manager at 6pm but it arrived after 3pm when we had gone out. Maybe best to leave these early in the morning or send invite via email.
Lovely hotel, all the staff are very friendly and will happily chat to you. Sandra, assistant manager, is very helpful, when I had a concern she helped me and took it seriously, I was left very happy. We were here on a bed and breakfast basis, the food is very good and there is a wide range of it. Just ten minutes walk to the sea. Lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just up the road for essentials. Nice large pool outside and plenty of sunbeds. Would definitely stay here again.
