Lovely hotel-spotlessly clean, great food. Small and friendly atmosphere. Entertainment team fab- we will miss Marta and Jojo! Close to a stunning beach. First family holiday where we are considering returning next year. Perfect! Thankyou.
We have just returned from 10 days of pure luxury. Should be 5* Our holiday was made perfect by Gustavo who helped us in every single way. We have been to many countries on holiday but have never felt so welcome as we did here. Gustavo was fun, cheerful and always happy to help! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and fairly quiet, with entertainment if you wanted it. Magic show was worth going to, he was so funny! The food was good, especially the deserts which were the best we have ever had in an all inclusive. Soup was amazing every day. Only criticism would be that we had to sit separately from our grandchildren and daughter as they only had tables seating 4, that said, on a couple of occasions waiting staff put tables together for us where possible, again Gustavo went out of his way to accommodate and it didn’t spoil our stay, just something to consider if you are a larger family. Football pitch was enjoyed each day by my grandson! Pool constantly cleaned along with the pool area, nothing left untouched. Beach was a pleasant walking distance, although no toilets or shops and expensive parasol hire. The reception team ( Pedro) arranged a boat trip to Bengali caves and we were lucky enough to see some dolphins-what an experience! Overall we would definitely recommend and return….Obrigado to all at AP Victoria! Ken Oliver and family.xx
Just got back home after a fantastic weeks holiday at the AP Victoria. The hotel is modern and clean. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice, the desserts have left my clothes feeling a little snug. We were all inclusive and definitely made the most of it, a great choice of cocktails and other drinks available. My eldest had a fantastic time utilising the football pitch, along with a large group of other children of the same age. We never struggled to get a sun bed and were pleased with the rule that sun beds couldn’t be reserved until the pool opened at 9am, there were usually still sun beds available until at least 10am if you didn’t mind being in a slightly shady spot. Sometimes you weren’t served immediately at the bar, but during the whole week we never waited for longer than 5 mins even at the busiest time. We never struggled for a table for the evening entertainment either, which was varied through the week. We would definitely bring our two boys back here, the only negative I had was that I didn’t book ten nights as I wasn’t ready to come home.
Went for 6 nights in August 2026.. the hotel and facilities were good.. food was also good… rooms were clean and a good size… overall experience of this hotel was Positive, as a gym goer the gym was high standard for a hotel gym.. the running track was also good!..
Some of the staff are very friendly especially the kids club staff.. JoJo and Sol are amazing..
The only thing I didn’t like was some of the hotel staff (younger staff) aren’t as helpful or as friendly the older staff… I asked on a few occasions about kids club times, gym opening times etc.. and got a response ‘ I don’t know’..
Other than that I would reccomend the hotel it’s very good and kid friendly
What a fabulous 10 nights! Location was great, short walk to the beach, a couple of shops and restaurants/bars in close proximity. The rooms were a great size and very clean! Air con was great! Food was mostly great, however, if you have a fussy child like us, they will struggle. There’s a kids buffet but there’s only 3 options on here and they aren’t very plain, e.g. carbonara pasta. Food was fresh and a good selection. Snack bar was also great for through the day. Staff on a whole were so helpful, however we were met with displeasure when we arrived at breakfast for the first time as a family of 7! Occasionally we had to move our own tables and chairs in the restaurant. There were some lovely staff in there who always made sure your table was cleaned. We read a few reviews before arriving about the lack of sun beds which did worry us, however there wasn’t any need to worry as not being able to put your towels down until 9am was great. They do need more sun beds for the size of the hotel though. Entertainment was great, Jojo and Marta were fab with the kids especially for the mini disco. There’s fire show and magic show were also worth the watch! Sport facilities are also great, my son enjoyed paddle and football everyday! Overall a fab holiday and would return.
