A fantastic stay!
We have just come back after a week here. We had a fantastic time!
The rooms were plenty big enough for a family of 4 and the cleaning staff were great - making beds, swapping towels and providing bottled water each day. We had a room facing the gardens so it was quiet.
We stayed half board and enjoyed the breakfast. The kids especially liked the pancakes every morning.
The entertainment staff were great. They remembered the kids names each day and there was a lot of activities that our kids (and us) enjoyed taking part in.
There wasn't always enough sunbeds but we were still able to grab a couple if we were patient and waited.
Location was perfect for us as we didnt want to be too close to Albufeira. We used Ubers when going out for the day and the walk to the beach was quick and easy.
Overall we had a brilliant time here and would definitely come back again! 😊

Ok.
The location is great, close to local beaches and only a short drive from Vilamoura etc. The hotel itself is incredible busy, and being able to find a seat by the pool can be a struggle. The photos on the website make the pool look much bigger than it actually is. Certainly not big enough for the number of visitors they have.
The food and drink is very expensive. I ordered the same 3 drinks from the pool bar on 3 different occasions and was charged a different price every time!
The rooms are clean and tidy, but small. The room I booked was advertised as having its own kitchen with microwave, oven etc but there was no microwave (only a small issue). It is supposed to sleep up to 5 people, but that means 3 people have to sleep on a sofa bed in the middle of the lounge, which can cause problems. The wardrobe in the bedroom can only really store clothes for 2 people so no idea where they expect the other 3 people to put their clothes!
It can get very noisy, especially in the evening. Don’t expect to get any sleep before 10:30 as there is always entertainment going on at the pool area, which for a family oriented place is great, but if you have young children don’t expect them to get much sleep.
Something taken from our room
Hotel is good but we had something taken from our bag out of our room from the cleaners. It was there when we left for breakfast, the room got cleaned and when we returned it had gone. I spoke to reception who spoke to the cleaners about it. It was then put back in our room empty and the cleaners said they found it in a towel then put it on the side. This is not true as it was in my partners bag when we left it. We do not trust getting our room cleaned again.

Lovely stay at this hotel and these are all the positive things : • Very kind staff • Great hotel for kids •Good Quality food •Spacious clean room •Wide range of drinks •Huge sport ground + free ball hire •Located near a Stunning Beach •Great value for money
Just a quick note • there are NO LIFEGUARDS (which is a slight risk at pool )
Really enjoyable family holiday.
Really enjoyed our stay here, was really relaxed atmosphere when we first arrived and started to get busier towards end of our stay. Pool can get quite busy as fairly small and kids pool is for toddlers and younger. Entertainment was good especially Marta who was realky friendly and engaging, and food was decent. Location is little out of the way which I quite enjoyed and Ubers are very reasonably priced to get around. Room was very spacious for family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and large living room amd a massive balcony. Bar at pool has a queue most of the time as only serves 1 person at a time mostly, would recommend either 2nd serving area or self serve soft drinks at this bar.
