A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service in a beautiful setting. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the facilities were first-class, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Looking forward to coming back again!
I travelled to the Westin for my birthday in October 2026 and had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and airy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10. The atmosphere is spa like even at a time when it was quite busy. There’s free/loads of parking and I rented a car so that was great. The Westin is great value for money especially when you book a few months in advance, especially considering the price of other properties in the area. This is my 3rd time coming here and every time gets better and better!!
My first time at this hotel. What anamazing stay from start to finish. The corner suite was amazing, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Every aspect of the stay was relaxing and memorable. I look forward to coming back again next year.
We booked a king size deluxe sea view room with balcony for 7 nights stay with full board through Trailfinders. Upon checking in we were told that the type of room we had booked wasn’t available and was given the impression that they had overbooked. We were offered two other rooms one being a junior suite and the other a deluxe room but did not have the sea view that we specifically paid for as seen in their brochure. We turned the rooms down and called Trailfinders who eventually got in touch with the hotel administrator. In the meantime we were told to have lunch while they tried to sort out the situation. After lunch, we went back to reception and met the duty manager who finally offered us a room on a higher floor with a sea view that was actually meant for another guest! We accepted the room even though it wasn’t what we expected because we were exhausted from having travelled the whole day and their blasé attitude didn’t help. Besides, that was the only other option given us. The room as was rather basic and was lacking in amenities! The safe was located in the wardrobe and positioned such that we could only access it by crouching and putting our head into the wardrobe to be able to use it! We ended up using our bags for a safe, As we were full board we were offered €20/- per person per day to eat at the Marluso Restaurant for lunch and anything above that we would put into our account. Water and sparkling water is supposed to be inclusive with meals However, they kept charging us for water even though our bills were less than €20 each, price ranging from €1 to €6! On the fifth night of our stay the In Seasons restaurant ran out of the wine we enjoyed and was told they couldn’t restock that wine till two days later. Sadly, we feel that it does not meet the standards of a Marriott luxury resort hotel. There is however, a few good staff that are diligent and efficient like Brumo, Kivya and Shanayah.
A beautiful hotel with very well-maintained and organized areas. Excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff! They never disappoint!
