Staying in one of the best hotels to ever live!!
I loved the resort, everyone was so friendly, and welcoming despise the fact that we speak English, the communication barrier was not a problem. The massage ladies on the beach were so good I got my facial done and my brother got a back massage and my mum got a full body massage, and despise not having time slots they managed to fit us in with the time slots we had available. The staff at the pool bar were very kind especially Santiago as he gave me a free drink as i forgot my room number and I was extremely thirsty(I will link a photo down below) it was massive and refreshing, made quickly as well!! The staff around the pool area were very nice as well especially Tiago as he was very engaging, and set up a few activities that we took part in e.g archery- he was a great teacher, before we could barely hit around the ten but immediately we got the coaching tips we all started hitting tens and 9s!! He was incredible, he also did pool aerobics which was fun, and he played card games with us which was unexpected because the reward was a free cocktail, sadly we didn't get the high score but we had fun playing with him!! The room service staff were very kind and understanding as we had to give food to help us heat up, and surprisingly it was allowed. Overall the stay was definitely worth it and I am proud to say we will probably be returning here next year for holiday!!🥹🥹

I would particularly like to recognize Lucas Mattos for his outstanding professionalism. From our very first interaction, he demonstrated exceptional kindness, responsiveness, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that we had the best possible experience. Although it was not possible on this occasion to accommodate our request for a room in a quieter area of the resort, he made every effort to find the best available solution and maintained exemplary communication throughout—always courteous, attentive, and highly professional.
It is this level of personalized service that truly sets the resort apart and is one of the main reasons why we continue to return year after year.

A Wonderful Stay at The Westin Salgados
We chose The Westin Salgados Beach Resort after extensive research, reading countless reviews, and hearing wonderful things about its reputation. I’m happy to say it exceeded every expectation.
The resort itself is beautiful, the location is stunning, and we created memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the people.
A very special thank you to Martina, who made us feel welcome long before we even arrived. Her professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. She prepared a thoughtful birthday surprise for my sister, helped us with our boat reservation without us even asking directly, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience.
I would also like to sincerely thank Maqbool, Brenda, Nazar, Zeynep, Dilay, Nobel, and Ankita. Every single one of them greeted us with genuine warmth, kindness, and a sincere willingness to help. Whether at reception, guest services, or housekeeping, every interaction made us feel valued and genuinely cared for.
One thing that impressed me throughout our stay was that no request was ever met with a simple “no.” Even when something wasn’t possible, the team always tried to find the best possible solution. That level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about the culture of this resort.
As they say, word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing, and our experience certainly won’t end with us. We will happily recommend The Westin Salgados to our family, friends, and anyone planning a visit to the Algarve.
Luxury can be found in many hotels, but genuine hospitality is much harder to find. The team at The Westin Salgados delivered both.

Amazing hotel
Staying in the westin algarve this week and everything has been amazing the resort is beautiful so calm relaxing, clean and modern all the staff are amazing so accommodating especially the bar tender Nua cabala who has been so friendly all week!
Can’t wait to be back again!
Couples weekend get away, in the perfectly scenario. Spectacular Beach front resort! Everyting was wonderful, from the check-in team to the room! The breakfast was substantial and delicious! Can’t wait to be back again!
