Just a few minutes from the centre of the popular holiday resort of Albufeira, this luxury apart hotel surrounded by pine-tree gardens enjoys exceptional views over the “Pine Cliffs” golf course. It is close to the marvellous beach of Praia da Falésia, numerous restaurants and bars are in the vicinity of the hotel. The international airport of Faro can be reached within a short drive.
Take in the views from a terrace and a garden and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access. Additional features at this aparthotel include babysitting (surcharge), gift shops/newsstands and tour/ticket assistance. The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Spent a week at this hotel and cannot fault it. The rooms, cleanliness, food, staff all brilliant. No fights for a sunbed in the morning, lovely pool (we preferred North) The food was amazing, just need to update the toaster and maybe more info on the show cooking at night. Nobody seemed to know what it was and you had to ask, which I think put some people off. Other than that we really had a fantastic week here and wouldn't hesitate to return.
We did really enjoy our 9 night stay here! The downstairs of the hotel and the pool area/grounds are beautiful and spotlessly clean. We felt that the rooms were very dated albeit clean (from the 2nd day on); The beds weren’t the best - the sofa bed in particular was terrible. When I realised, I actually swapped beds with my daughter as I felt so bad for her having to sleep on it. We did have to have a word with the reception staff on arrival as the room wasn’t up to standard; it smelt very musty, the air con didn’t work, the sheets smelt foisty and we had hairs on the bath towels. I will say, the staff were all amazing and put everything right within half an hour which we were really grateful for. Our room was on the road, which is a very busy, noisy road. The soundproofing isn’t great so this would wake us up very early. The majority of the staff are absolutely amazing and a real credit to the hotel. You always get a few less happy members of staff but I will say the restaurant staff, the reception staff and the handyman were all so friendly! For us, the bar staff left a little to be desired but we get that most places being British 😂 We all thought the food was fantastic. It could have been warmer but I think it’s generally always the case at All Inclusive. The pizzas in particular were our favourite!! The toaster at breakfast is shocking - we gave up on it after the third day. It would make such a difference if you could get an actual glass on an evening for your drinks but appreciate it’s still close to the pool areas. We were quite surprised to see how many groups of men stayed mainly over the weekend that we were there (golf trips), however this didn’t bother us, we found them very comical and good fun but we saw that it bothered a few of the other customers. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel. If the rooms were updated we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!!
This was our third visit to this hotel and it never fails to surprise us. The manangment and all staff are amazing and always available to deal with any problem you may have. When we arrive it feels like we are back it feels like we are with our second family. We have never felt so at ease as we are when we are here it really is home from home.
Very nice for an all inclusive. The room was a lot larger than i expected. Was greeted with a bottle of wine. For us, the welcome fruit was not worth the money. I would also wait to book the all inclusive portion until you are at the check in desk, because it was cheaper than it was listed online.
We had an amazing apartment. Very spacious, clean and overlooked the pool. The North pool was fantastic for doing proper swimming. We has self catering so didn't experience the food. Would definitely stay again
