This nice flats are located in Oura Beach, Albufeira, at the centre of Algarve. With a super location, the flats are only at 1 minute walk from the beach, 300 metres from the famous "Strip", where guests can enjoy the vibrant night life with a lot of pubs and restaurants, and only 4 kilometres from Albufeira city centre. Any kind of shop and supermarket are a short distance on foot away. Faro International Airport is 24 kilometres away and the Albufeira train station is 4 kilometres away. Its golden beaches, deep blue sea, the transparent sun and mild weather are an irresistible invitation to visit Albufeira. There is also a fantastic outdoor pool area for a refreshing dip available for swimming lovers. There are several categories of flats, but all of them are completely appointed and boast a charming look. Moreover, most of them have access to the delight sea views.

sh***hole, however read my review
place itslef is an absolute s***holee but perfect for a lads/girls holiday, it’s right on the strip and very noisy till early hours of the morning, I would not book this for families or couples, but other than that it was pleasent enough for what was needed, I am going to add that the staff are rude and have no manners whatsoever, overall I’d give this hotel/experience a 8/10
The Worst Place I ever stayed
We arrived. Reception was ok. The girl at the reception (girl with glasses working 5pm 18th Aug) was literally the nicest part of this stay, Apartment was terrible. Outdoor plastic table and chairs in the kitchen. Beds were clean. We were 2 adults with our teens. We never slept with the parties and fighting in apartments around us. Breakfast was terrible. No plates, cups, glasses, cutlery or tea bags. Only half the toaster working do there was a que. This is a hostel for young people NOT FOR FAMILIES.

Excellent Stay – Don’t Let the Bad Reviews Put You Off
After reading some of the negative reviews, I wanted to share our experience because we found them to be completely inaccurate.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
The location is excellent, making it really convenient for getting around and enjoying the surrounding area. It’s also a great choice for larger groups, with plenty of space and facilities to accommodate everyone.
We particularly enjoyed the pool bar, where the prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was great.
There were also comments in some reviews about deposits, but everyone in our group received their deposit back, with no apparent issues or attempts to retain it.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend giving this hotel a chance and not letting the negative reviews put you off. Our experience was very positive, and we would have no hesitation staying here again.

Not as bad as what we thought
After reading reviews we were very sceptical about this place. Totally different to what we was expecting. Staff were friendly rooms a bit dated but we wasn't staying in the rooms long enough as we was out alot. It was clean no cock roaches. It was just what we needed as it was near the stip and also the beach. It is on a big steep hill but nothing we couldn't manage but if needed you could get a tuck tuck to take you back.
