This hotel is superbly located, by a long sandy beach in Albufeira. The beach and the lively promenade can be reached using the lift. There is a nearby pedestrian area with a plethora of shops and boutiques, nightlife and other entertainment opportunities, located only 2 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Albufeira's Archaeological Museum. Faro Airport is about 50-minute drive away. There are bus trips to different interest points in the Algarve, such as monuments, hand-crafts, landscape and typical areas, guaranteeing a memorable adventure. The guest rooms feature beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, equipped with flat-screen TV/cable channels, air conditioning, fridge, in-room safe, ironing facilities, minibar and hair dryer. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's parking area or public parking, located near the hotel.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as an indoor pool or take in the view from a terrace. This hotel also features concierge services, an arcade/games room and a television in a common area. Guests who want to try their luck at the slots can hop on the casino shuttle (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is a lovely adults only hotel. The staff are friendly & nothing to much trouble. Any issues are sorted straight away. All rooms have a sea view. &hotel is only a short walk to , or stumble back 😊 from the old town
This is simply an outstanding hotel, the superb location overlooking the beach is breathtaking, but the most impressive aspect of our stay is the professionalism of the staff but more importantly such genuinely friendly people who always go the extra to make our stay just so good, upon checking out we always ask ourselves when will we be back again for another stay
Having read all the Five star reviews our expectations were high. We paid a high price for a top floor premium room. Lovely views spoiled slightly by a wide ledge in front of balcony. Room is spacious. We had to move rooms after check-in due to ants on the bedding and headboard but were moved immediately after reporting to reception to a similar top floor room. Bathroom is ok. Nowhere to hang your towel or robe. No hooks on door or wall. Hotel is in a great location right on the beach. All staff are really friendly. The beach front restaurant is lovely. Our first morning breakfast was really disappointing. Food was cold. No microwave. I reported to head waitress and she did provide fresh eggs. Dinner was not great either. Very poor choice and cold again. Restaurant was very quiet at night. I would not recommend booking half board. I did send an email to complain and was offered a complimentary lunch in beach front restaurant. The food here is excellent. Why not in restaurant in hotel ? I feel the price we paid for three nights was not worth it. Location and staff were lovely but would not stay here again.
Still here , have not found anything negative about this hotel . First time in Portugal, love it . Food is good , we are half board , staff are wonderful, bedroom great , cleaned every day . Will certainly return.
We loved this hotel. It is ideally located with direct access to both the beach and the Old Town. As all rooms face the beach, it is very quiet at night. Everything was very clean, and staff were visibly cleaning the public areas every day. Good choice of food for breakfast. The staff were friendly (special mention to Shakil). Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
