Santa Eulalia Hotel Apartamento and Spa

Great location everything within walking distance. Lovely clean modern hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Pool floaties provided which was great for kids. Loungers always available. Breakfast fresh and always had a table for 6 . Rooms were clean and cosy. The shower gel and tea making things were not topped up. Worst part of stay was the rude lady at the spa reception with dark hair bob she told me to take wet towels to my water park excursion the next day. She accused me and members of my family for swopping towels more than once a day which we did not do. I booked a massage for my mum and at the appointment time they had no record of it. The older man at the bar needs to be a little flexible we ordered drinks but 1 night when we didn’t order any he asked us to leave when the bar was totally empty anyway.

We’ve just returned from 5 nights at this hotel and we had a lovely time.

The modern room was spacious for a family of 4, comfy beds, clean, everything we needed in the kitchenette.

The pool area was small, but it was clean and we never struggled to get sun beds together at various points of the day. Pool towels were available, but the spa had to be open for you to collect them. Only thing around the pool is there was no music (Monday-Friday) so the atmosphere was a bit quiet. Noticed some people had their own speakers.

We didn’t eat here, but drinks and ice creams were reasonably priced and the same as the local area. We also did delivery one evening for the kids, there are plenty of options around.

The location of this hotel was great for us, plenty of lovely restaurants and shops around, parking if you have a hire car. Short Uber ride into the old town (around €5) or you can walk to the new strip. The hotel offer trips etc which we didn’t need but this is available. There are a few beaches in walking distance and many more a short uber ride away.

We’ve already said we’d happily come back to this hotel for the quality of room and location. Next time we would book a pool view as our balcony was looking at the main road, and was absolutely tiny. You can’t fit 2 people on there. Not sure if they are all the same though?

We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were all polite and kind and when we sought a late check out they accommodated us which was a massive help.

The breakfast is absolute quality. So much to choose from and the fresh omelette station is just amazing. The guy making and serving them was excellent and a top guy. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms where to a high standard. Loved the pool area and no issue whatsoever getting a sun lounger. The fact it does not open until 9.00am is great.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in a one bed apartment with a kitchen. The apartment had separate rooms with 2 big TVs in each room and was really clean and modern. We will return in the future. Highly recommended for families.
