Absolutely the best experience myself and my wife have ever experienced in any hotel in Europe.
From the reception staff to the bar, food and cleaning team, they all work to a high level of customer service 👍
We booked a sea view room ,with Bed & Breakfast, and we were blown away by the view. Having a chat with Sheila, the reception manager, she asked why we decided to come to this hotel, and we explained that it was our anniversary.
Sheila surprised us with complimentary Champagne and a all Inclusive package . It's an amazing gift.
Honestly, if I can ever show my appreciation, it's by promoting this amazing hotel.
You will not regret booking this hotel. Beach is seconds away, fantastic beach bar, food is very good and the views are off the charts.
Definitely, without a doubt, we will come back
Lovely Vacation Place
This was the best vacation spot with a beautiful ocean view room, 3 lovely pools, it was a great spot that is walking distance to the strip, love the beach and we had a blast! The staff were also asuper experienced and helpful. We had a memorable stay!

Exceptional family stay—unforgettable service!
We recently stayed at MGM Monicca Collection Suites and Residents in Albufeira with our family, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we checked in.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding staff.
A special mention goes to CAIO at reception, administrative area, a massive thank you to for being so helpful and welcoming to our family throughout our visit. Exceptional hospitality from start to finish—highly recommended!
We also want to highlight Catharina, whose friendly attitude / attention to detail made a huge difference during our time there. Also thank you Isis and Sebastian for you big help.
It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about making family trips stress-free and special.
