Wonderful hotel - would stay again!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in and it was only a 3 star when we booked. Very clean. Lovely friendly staff. Worthwhile staying halfboard for the great fresh breakfast and dinner options catering for meat-eaters and vegetarians. Super access to a lovely beach. The beach and hotel, considering it was August we’re not horribly busy. Gym, spa and pool were ideal. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars as they let kids into the spa who took over all the hot tub jacuzzi areas, seemed to be unsupervised and made stupid amounts of noise. Tried to hide in the sauna but it wasn’t working. Perhaps allowing kids in for an hour a day 12-1 to keep out the heat but not ALL morning. We also couldn’t arrange a late check out on our leave date which was a shame.

Such a great hotel!
This is such a great hotel! We stayed in an apartment, was perfect for our family as we didn’t have to share a room! Even better the sofa bed had individual beds so our girls weren’t touching each other! We could control the air con in the bedroom and the main part of the apartment separately which is great. Pool works well as it isn’t too deep for little ones who aren’t strong swimmers. Food is fantastic! Really enjoyed it. Drinks aren’t too expensive either. We’d 100% return, exceeded our expectations.

Fab family holiday
Wow!
We have just returned from a fantastic family break at 3HB Falesia Garden and were so impressed with the hotel. As others have said the hotel is immaculate all the time and everything feels fresh, clean and very well looked after. The whole team working here are lovely and I have to say were some of the nicest hospitality team I have ever stayed with.
The views from the hotel are stunning and the pools are really great fun for kids and people wanting to relax in the sun - we never has a problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day. Great little route to the beach down some steps which we managed fine with our 3 year old and the beach is very nice to spend time at with lots of local places to eat and shop.
The food is wonderful and we had several very good meals at the bar and breakfast was delicious every day.
Thank you for a fantastic stay - we will certainly be back!
Very relaxing stay
We spent a week at Falesia Garden and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and all decor / furnishing is in excellent condition. The pool area has something for everyone and the parasols a little further from the pool have grass to walk on which I particularly liked. Bar snacks, drinks and ice-creams are all reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet is open 7:30 to 10:30 and you just turn up whenever you like. There are fried eggs and omelettes cooked to order which I always like to see at a buffet. We needed help from reception a couple of times and they sorted issues out very quickly. Rather than half-board, we chose to go out to local restaurants for a bit of variety and we enjoyed every restaurant we visited. We cooked in the room a couple of times and the little kitchen was fine for making simple pasta dishes. You can expect to hear some noise from nearby bars (I think these were the ones about 5 min walk away rather than in the hotel complex) but they stop at 11pm.

Fabulous family holiday in wonderful hotel
We’ve just returned from an amazing 10-day stay at 3HB falesia gardens. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Fantastic hotel in an amazing location with private access to one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to. Pool was wonderful and great for kids and adults. Never an issue with getting sunbeds either by the pool or on the grass area to enjoy the view.
Food options were very good. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and evening meals had a different theme every night of the week. Evening entertainment in the main bar was relaxed and featured a range of musicians over the course of our stay. Great little park on site as well for younger children.
Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and all the staff on site weee welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is ideally located about 10-15 minute walk to main town with loads of bars and restaurants nearby.
We would definitely return!
