We had short stay here and opted for the all inclusive. Rooms are a nice size and come with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel uses its own alcohol as part of the all inclusive. For a five star hotel the buffet is small, breakfast and lunch was nice but dinner wasn’t the greatest. They do a different theme/ country every night and yet Brussels sprouts were on every day we were there, one day they were on for both lunch and dinner, if you are going to do a theme do it right. Also they don’t list any ingredients so for anyone with dietary or food intolerances you will find it hard to know if what you are eating suits you. Staff don’t interact with guests and are more inside the kitchen than on the floor, often hard to find if you have a question or even understand English. I say English as this hotel has big numbers of English speaking guests. The hotel bar isn’t great often only one person serving which led to constant ques.
The pool is lovely and we never had problems getting any sun chairs. They have a sign up warning guests about not reserving the chairs and while we were there guests were adhering to it.
Location of hotel is good, walking distance to new town approx 10-15mins and a short taxi ride to the old town. There are some restaurants and bars nearby if you dont want to venture too far.
We wouldn’t stay here for a long stay but found it perfect for a short stay.
