We are currently staying in Clubr albuferia Garden village . We went to Lime Ana and Gana were very pleasant and welcoming . The accommodation itself is beautiful
Great Place but Horrible waiting service
The pool area was fantastic, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and functional, making for a truly beautiful stay overall. The check-in staff were a delight – so friendly and helpful! The location was also very good and flexible. However, the experience at the Alfarrabo restaurant was quite the opposite. We were there for a week, and the waiting staff there were, to put it mildly, consistently horrendous. On days that weren’t even busy or on days when we were the only table there, we waited a baffling 30 minutes just for a Coke on several occasions. There was a distinct lack of basic customer service skills, no smiles, and everything seemed to take an eternity. This ultimately led to making our stay definitely uninviting and quite uncomfortable. Other than this, Clube Albuferia Garden village is a beautiful spot!

Pretty nice resort
The resort is in a very good spot. The 1-bedroom condo that we got had the necessities (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) but was a little dated. Pool area was nice and the grounds were well-kept. Minutes (by car) to grocery stores, restaurants, and the historic area of Albufeira.

Superb
From the second we arrived the place was faultless, staff absolutely fantastic, we had a 2 bedroom apartment in the new area which was very spacious and clean, big balcony too, pool areas very good and the one behind reception had a lovely restaurant which served great food, 10/10 stay
Very unprofessional and had a horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience! Do not understand how this is a 4 star resort. Firstly when we arrived and went to check in at recpetion they said we don’t have a booking them which was clearly incorrect as they knew my dads name and details which the booking was under before we told them, then online we had been promised a pool view apartment but no they didn’t give us a that and just said we don’t have any apartments left which is ridiculous. The apartment they gave us had NO AIR CONDITIONING which was absolute hell in such heat and when we went to the front desk to ask for fans at night the person was like that’s strange all the rooms have AC, also windows are ones probably built in the 19th century so not even easy to open or child friendly. Additionally when we first used the shower coloured water came out rhen became clear but that is still disgusting and toilet wete bery stinky as soon as we first entered the apartment as there is no exhaust fan or anything for ventilation. Also wifi was so bad only was connecting in one room. Overall a horrible experience for something we had paid near to a grand for 3 nights DO NOT RECOMMEND.
