This apartment hotel is ideally located in a quiet and peaceful area, only 5 kilometres from the centre of Albufeira, surrounded by trees and greenery and offering amazing views of the local landscape. It is wonderfully situated for enjoying Albufeira's main sights and attractions, such as the famous Misericórdia church and the Torre do Relógio (clock tower). Moreover, the beaches of Olhos de Água, Falésia and Oura, as well as the various golf courses of Vilamoura, are a short 10-minute drive away. All the apartments are tastefully appointed and exude an exclusive air of charm and sophistication. Thanks to their full range of useful amenities and features such as a private balcony and a complete kitchen, they will assure a homey and comfortable stay to all its guests. Apart from an excellent restaurant and cosy bar, the property boasts a wide range of entertainment facilities like indoor and outdoor pool.
ADVISE: We inform you that the Hotel requests the mandatory payment of a security deposit of 100,00 Euros per person upon arrival, that will only be refunded upon check-out after verifying that the apartment has not suffered any damage. The security deposit can be paid either in cash or by charging the amount on a valid credit or debit card, and if the guest refuses payment, he/she will not be allowed to check into the hotel.
We stayed here for 10 days and overall had a really enjoyable stay.
The hotel is around a 10-minute taxi ride from the Old Town, which cost us roughly €10–€15. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was a big positive.
Our room had a lovely pool view and was spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bedsheets were changed twice during our 10-day stay and the towels were changed three times, which we were happy with. The hotel itself was generally clean.
There are a few areas that could do with some maintenance and updating. Some of the paintwork could use a freshen-up and there were a few lights that weren’t working. At times, the walk back to our room in the evening was quite dark because of this, so this is something that could definitely be improved.
It’s very much a family hotel, with entertainment for children during the afternoon and evening. The evening bar and entertainment are located at the poolside bar, as the main hotel bar was closed during our stay.
Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our holiday. The friendly staff, spacious room, pool view and cleanliness were all positives. With a bit of maintenance and updating, particularly with the lighting, the hotel could be even better. We would consider staying again

My advice is to say clear
I have been twice before and we loved our stay at this hotel, staff were fantastic and the hotel was perfect with nothing to worry about.
However i am booked into this hotel again in July and after reading all these review from 2025, i am really worried about my holiday now.
Has this hotel really deteriated this much since my last visit in 2019?
Do i need to look elsewhere to rescue my holiday? I hope not
Clean room and decent stay overall, but the sun loungers were covered in bird droppings due to lots of birds. A £100 deposit wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Lights and aircon in the room didn’t work. Location is about 10 minutes from the strip and 15 from Old Town. On the plus side, reception staff were lovely and very helpful with our late flight.
