As if there wasn't already enough to recommend it, the Auramar Beach Resort provides all-inclusive accommodation, making the stay as comfortable as the views are spectacular.
All the twin / double rooms are air-conditioned and come with private bathrooms and balcony. Rooms are kitted out with satellite TV (4 UK channels), fridge and a room safe. Irons and hairdryers are also available on request. Partial sea view rooms are available, you must book a superior room or pay locally for an upgrade if there is availability. Please note the superior rooms offer the same amenities as the standard, however the room will be located on the 3rd floor or above. Standard rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
There is a whole world of entertainment waiting for you at the Auramar Beach Resort too. With two exceptional swimming pools, children's pools and a heated indoor pool, you can enjoy a variety of swimming experiences inside, outside and in the sea. With a sauna and relaxing massage service also available in-house you can ease away any lingering tiredness if you've swum a few too many lengths. There are plenty of activities to enjoy on dry land too: ranging from billiards to tennis, and featuring a mini golf tournament every summer.

The Auramar Beach Resort is superbly positioned on a rocky headland overlooking one of the Algarve's fabulous golden sand beaches. It is located just 50m from the beach and 5 minutes from the 'strip' and from the centre of Albufeira, it offers guests an ideal location to enjoy the best of the Algarve's well known attractions.

Don't come to this hotel Waited all day for a room all thay say is check in a 3pm 12 other people came in after me and got rooms right away The place is old and wore out When i got a room well safety deposit box broken bath dirty Door you see throw Wouldn't rate this place at all
Rubbish
We arrived as a group of girls and the check-in process felt like it took forever. Unfortunately, the first impression wasn't great. Our bathroom smelt strongly of drains, and our towels weren't replaced during our stay—we had to ask reception three separate times before we got fresh ones. There are no hair dryers in the rooms and when we asked at reception they had run out, which was really inconvenient. The all-inclusive package was disappointing, with very limited drinks available unless you paid extra, which didn't feel like an all-inclusive experience at all. The hotel toilets also needed attention, with locks literally falling off the doors. As a base for a girls' trip it was fine because we were out most of the time, but if I'd booked this as a family holiday, I'd have been really disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
Excellent All-inclusive holiday would definitely return
This hotel was lovely, right next to the beach and a 15 minute stroll from the main strip, with shops, restaurants and bars.
The room was a decent size, it was very clean, we did have a problem with one of the doors to the balcony, they sent maintenance straight away and it was fixed. The swimming pool was lovely and well maintained.
The food was delicious, always something to choose at breakfast and dinner time and enjoyed the theme nights they did.
The entertainment was really good, with a different theme each night, the entertainment guys love to get everyone involved. The staff in the hotel are pleasant and very helpful.

Great Hotel
11 people mixed ages 58 - 22 Perfect location to Albufeira strip and Old Town (Ubers very cheap) Plenty of bars and restaurants 5 minute walk away from the beach Hotel very clean -pool area is fantastic plenty of sun beds and parasols Rooms cleaned daily /new towels daily Could not fault, we would stay here again And highly recommend
Great Holiday
Location was fantastic- 10 minute walk to new town. Around 30 minute walk along the beach to old town- but only €5-6 euros in an Uber. Atmosphere was excellent. Always something going on in the daytime around the pool! Rooms are the reason I’ve put 4/5. The rooms could definitely do with some repairs- we were a family of 11 with 4 rooms. A few rooms out of these the bathrooms weren’t too nice. The smells were bad & the showers wouldn’t drain the water. All inclusive drinks were good, a wide range of spirits with mixers, Beer & always a different cocktail of the day. The food is like any 3* all inclusive. Same things most days- but what do you expect? What they served was okay! The beach is literally down the hill takes 5 minutes to get to- beach bars & stunning views.
We had a great time, and got what we paid for
