We went to AP Adriana near the end of August. The room was a twin annex, very small, dingy and dark. The aircon was dirty, visibly see dust. The room had ants; several times told reception who asked the house keepers to clean. This didn’t get rid of the ant issue; would find them on the beds, in the bathroom and towels. Wardrobe door was also broken. The accommodation was very disappointing.
The entertainment however was perfect for our family. They have different theme nights, white party, dances and game shows. The kids mini disco was perfect for the children. Throughout the day there are activities to do with the entertainment team.
The food was very repetitive; a lot of fish, rice chips etc. The pizza was freshly cooked and appealing. Not much to offer for children.
I was also disappointed that the steam room was not working in the spa: I asked when this would be fixed and just got a shrug of the shoulders.
The entertainment team is what made this holiday enjoyable. The beach area is also very nice . Pool areas and splash park were great too. Around 9 euros in an uber to Albufeira which is also a positive. All in all I do not think this hotel is a 4*. Feels more like a 3*
We came in august 2026 as a family of 10.
The resort was beautiful and the grounds were amazing! Unfortunately we had a few issues, when we got to our room in block Z it stunk of sewerage, when we showered the shower tray was flooding and over spilling, clearly there was a drainage issue. We reported this and someone was sent to sort it. Two days later it happened again. This was reported 3 times during our stay. We also had issues with the air conditioning which kept stopping and the remote wouldn't work so this was also complained about and then fixed. The room also didn't have much storage for a family of 4 for two weeks and was very basic. We went to the 'quiet' pool most days as we had young children. It was very rowdy with many inconsiderate people some days! The freezer in the bar at the quiet pool electrocuted my son and my husband, my husband spoke to the bar staff who said they were 'aware' of it doing that. This was very unacceptable and my husband told them to unplug it and get it fixed as it was very dangerous, they didn't seem to care about people just the fact that the ice cream would melt. This resulted in my husband unplugging it himself and telling them not to turn it back on until fixed. A few days later they emptied and fixed it. We reported this to TUI who gave us a £50 voucher. Personally I do not think this is sufficient for the fact that my child was electrocuted and they did not want to turn it off. The reception staff were very unhelpful when it came to trying to book the restaurants. Also for my son's birthday they send you a card and say take it to a restaurant, it was not specified which one or what time of day so we had a few issues, when we were told tea time only we said we are going out for tea that's why we would like it at lunch, our reply was 'well use it tomorrow then' so not used on his birthday which was disappointing. The food was quite disappointing, very basic and extremely repetitive. A lot of veggie food and not much meat options, when there was meat it was very thin and chewy. After so long we had to eat out at tea because we couldn't bare another rubbish buffet tea.
We had a good time despite the issues but we will not be returning to this resort again!
We stayed here from 8th - 15th September. This was our first holiday to this resort and my first holiday abroad. The Resort is fantastic and we had a lovely holiday. The room was well maintained and clean and cleaned daily during our stay. The grounds and gardens are well maintained and tidy. The pools was kept clean but sunbeds where taken or reserved by poolside even though it says they shouldn't. The food was fantastic at the main restaurant and grill although hot breakfast like bacon , sausage egg and mushrooms was cold even at the beginning of the of the morning. The staff where brilliant and very helpful. The evening entertainment live music was ok but not brilliant. The entertainment dancers was fantastic. The reception staff was very helpful and booked taxis and excursions as we required. We will definitely come again and thankyou for a fantastic holiday. The location was ok but a bit far from other places
We came in June 2026 and soon as we got home booked for September 2026. Love the easy feel of the place. The staff are great especially the entertainment crew. They work soooo hard. Food and drinks are great, no complaints from us. We will be back.
Not good experience. We came in September 2026. The resort was beautiful and the grounds were amazing! The hotel room didn’t get clean every day. Cleaners would only make the beds, they didn’t replace the bottles of water everyday. Which is very disappointing you would be charged 4 euros for bottle of water. Unfortunately the food isn’t that great they don’t have much choice for vegetarian or gluten free. Mostly meat and fish and everything is fried not fresh. The veg looked like it was tinned not fresh veg and over done. The choice of breakfast wasn’t great all processed and beige colour breakfast, not much variety of choice of fruits, seeds and nuts and also flies everywhere, the bins at the back of the grill the bins was over flowing full of flies. I felt the hygiene of the hotel was not great standard. I have never experienced anything like this when I have been abroad before. We complained to TUI about moving hotels as we was not happy, we was only given one option which would cost us £3,000 more to pay for hotel. Just not very helpful at all. We always use TUI for holidays we will be not travelling with TUI ever again really bad customer service.
