St Pauls Bay
Located in the northern part of the island of Malta, right in the heart of Qawra, St. Paul's Bay, the hotel is within walking distance of the sandy beach, the National Aquarium, the bus terminal well linked to all parts of the island, and all other amenities one may require.
One of the largest hotels in Malta with over 500 Moorish themed rooms and suites, it offers with a variety of restaurants and cuisines, bars, spa facilities and 24 hour fitness centre, and children's facilities with a kids club offering daily activities for children between 4 and 11 years old. Apart from the main outdoor pool, guests can also enjoy a heated indoor pool, kids splash pool with a pirate ship feature and an adults-only infinity pool with sky bar overlooking the picturesque St. Paul's Islands.
Gueliz Restaurant is the hotel’s main restaurant serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Café Maroc offers a variety of sweet and savoury snacks throughout the day. For dinner there are another six themed restaurants offering a choice of cuisine, with everything from Asian and Italian, to Moroccan dishes. Tagine Restaurant is a Morrocan and Indian buffet restaurant and Rivaj, an Indian restaurant located on the 10th floor. While Yushan Restaurant offers an Asian buffet with views over St Pauls Bay, Salia restaurant offers a choice of A' La Carte menus or sharing menus of Italian cuisine. The adults only Taza Skybar is the hotel’s very own rooftop bar which is open for adults (16+) from July till mid-September serving a variety of cocktails, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks as well as warm beverages.

All Inclusive next to Buggiba and St Pauls Bay - Great Location
There has been a change of management since our last visit and it has not maintained the standards it had before. Still a good hotel, and a great location for getting around the island as it's right next door to Buggiba bus station. Food still good a plenty of choice, but certainly dropped off a little bit standards wise.
Think if I was coming back I'd stay at St Juliens or Sliema just to be closer to Valetta and the boat cruises.

Oustanding help above & beyond
Would like to extend my gratutude & thanks to the manager Mr.Martin Sapiano at the San Antonio for getting us through what was a very difficult time for us. We were tearful, exhausted & stressed beyond belief, Having supposed to be at a different hotel which caught fire & unable to check in we had to find ourselves alternative hotel. Martin found us a room & couldn't do enough for my friend & I Once we were settled he came to see us to check we'd settled in So once again Many thanks.

We were at the db San Antonio Hotel in St. Paul’s Bay for 5 day with the All Inclusive Plus package. For the price we paid, we expected a better room but it was manageable . The food was okay, nothing special just edible. The staff, however, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Puja at the Plus Lounge, who was absolutely lovely. She was always friendly, attentive, and greeted us with such a positive attitude. She genuinely made us feel welcome and added something special to our experience at the hotel. Thank you, Puja, for your kindness and wonderful service!
Not a 4* experience
Deeply disappointed with this stay. Elements were great (food was decent and plentiful, and we were upgraded to all inclusive plus which got us access to “named” spirits and alcohol) and I need to call out the friendliness and professionalism of Katarina and Martin. However, overall, this was a disappointing experience for my family. The amenities are too small to cope with such a crowded hotel. We were in peak season and told the hotel was at 98% capacity which was obvious from the overcrowding in every communal area. We had numerous problems (some resolved satisfactorily, others not) and the hotel did provide us with an upgraded room following a complaint. Nonetheless, it is not a 4* hotel as advertised - it’s in desperate need of modernisation, and the owners would benefit from reducing headcount and maximising guest experience.

Clean hotel but disappointed with entertainment
Lovely clean hotel. Plenty of nice food but no allergen info on food. Plenty of sunbeds and area always kept clean. Nightly entertainment is not good at all. Hardly anything for kids plus adult entertainment finishes way too early at 10.15
