Modern spacious hotel. A two-level rooftop pool area with food and drink service, to say nothing of fantastic 360-degree views. Full spa with a 24-hour indoor pool. Large, well-appointed, well-designed rooms; excellent bathrooms and showers. Sea-view balcony rooms on the upper floors have 180-degree views of the coast. With Club access, you can partake in an aperitivo on the exterior plaza between 5-7 pm. Water refill stations on every floor. Super-friendly staff. Grandiose breakfast selection for all tastes and needs, simply superb. Every night there is themed entertainment by the pool area or on the plaza - a movie night, a live music show, etc. Location in the heart of St Julian brings a lot of outside entertainment close by.
The hotel was amazing and immaculately clean, with excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish ice bath. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, courteous and always happy to help.
One of our favourite parts of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Shalena. Her customer service couldn’t have been any better, and she was a key reason we returned to the hotel restaurant every night during our stay. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations on the best drinks to accompany our meals. She was attentive, efficient and played a huge part in ensuring the service ran smoothly, all while maintaining a warm and friendly smile. She really was outstanding.
As a family, we felt that the area of St Julian’s is perhaps better suited to those visiting Malta to experience the nightlife. However, the hotel itself was very well situated for exploring other parts of the island, including Valletta, Ħaġar Qim, Mdina and close proximity to the airport.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The excellent facilities, wonderful staff and especially the outstanding service from Shalena made our visit very memorable.
The main entrance of the hotel is located on a very steep slope. Dragging heavy luggage up there was exhausting, so I initially couldn't believe the entrance was actually at the top—unfortunately, it really was. When I finally reached the entrance, the bellboy immediately came over with a warm smile to help me with my luggage. However, during check-in, the two receptionists completely ignored my requests and casually assigned me a room on a very low floor. If an upgrade required an additional fee, they should have informed me rather than simply brushing my request aside. This was my biggest disappointment, as I would have been more than willing to pay extra for a room change. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were very friendly, and the room was kept neat and tidy. As for the hotel pool, it was quite small and not at all what I had expected, so I didn't end up swimming there.
A fantastic hotel, great quality and so so friendly. Every staff member spoke to you on your way around the hotel and nothing was too much trouble, from the spa to the rooftop everything worked perfectly, gorgeous room overlooking the piazza. Super clean and quiet...superb stay!
I had a good experience, clean and cozy rooms with new and clean bathrooms 😍 food was also good and the best part is they had halal options. Rooftop were also great with a nice view. St Julians is always busy so it was great that the rooms had noise blocking balconies. The bed were so good to sleep on, I usually am not able to sleep well at hotels but they had a nice bed with good pillows both soft and hard. I were lucky to be served breakfast/lunch by Devendra , such a nice and smiling boy with great service. Kumari the sweetest girl on the hotel, who had the day duty in the Bar/cafe was so helpful. They both remembered my order, and asked me to just sit outside and they would serve me. Served me my health drink and coffe everyday in 7 days. Mr Ihsan on the front desk was so helpful and pleasing. Nothing to be complained about. And last but not least my bestfriend Annaleza in housekeeping was amazing. She knew I liked the room to be cleaned late , so she always came to my room as the last room she would clean. We had our chats and laughs. Such a cute lady. Overall great experience would totally visit again and 110% recommend Hyatt for a stay in St Julian. Even though the hotel was in the city centres in St Julian's it was so quite and in a nice area with security around. A own sphere middle in the chaos. They served from 17.00 to 19.00 oClock , complimentary snacks and drinks which were very convenient before heading out . Since I were in Malta for a 4 day music festival. I think it was for with suite/deluxe room bookings.
