Guests having breakfast included will be served buffet breakfast at the Black Giraffe Restaurant in H Hotel (sister hotel located within 130 metres).
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including a sauna and a seasonal outdoor pool. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a banquet hall.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
There is a real problem at the Hugo with hostile and aggressive male staff on the front desk. Several female members in our party were very upset following interactions with Hakim and others. This really spoils the whole atmosphere, in what is already a problematic stay, many facilities out of order, including steam room, television and coffee machine. Loud music from the bars outside is day and night. Nice views from rooftop pool and decent breakfast, but no fresh fruit juices. Would not want to stay there again and would not recommend. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly.
Puran is an excellent asset to the business. His cleaning skills are impeccable and willing to above and beyond. Cleaned our room perfectly and also left us the cutest towel dog.

The room was always spotless and beautifully cleaned. You can really see that Pvrar takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Stayed for four nights in August as a couple. The decor and facilities were somewhat seedy and felt like I’ was staying in a brothel. I would hate to run a UV torch over some of the surfaces in the room. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and breakfast was decent. The location is exactly as advertised and slap bang in Paceville, we had no complaints about this as we were aware before we booked, but the noise when the bars kick out at about 5am WILL wake you up. The location is certainly not for the faint hearted. I will not be staying again as it was not the vibe or type of hotel we feel comfortable in.
