We had another absolutely great experience at the Holiday Inn St. Julian’s Malta. This was our 4th or 5th stay at this hotel over the past few years, and once again, it did not disappoint.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professional, friendly and genuinely customer-focused staff. Check-in was prompt and smooth, and every member of the team we encountered — from reception to housekeeping — was pleasant, helpful and professional.
The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone was approachable, attentive and willing to help whenever needed. It really makes a difference when you feel that the team genuinely cares about their guests.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was great to see that the hotel continues to maintain a consistently high standard of room quality and service, even after several visits.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice and quality that matched our expectations.
Another positive is the reasonable pricing, especially considering the level of service and the overall quality of the hotel.
The location in St. Julian’s can certainly be busy and crowded, but that is part of staying in St. Julian’s and shouldn't really be considered a fault of the hotel.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. My 80 yesrs ald mum love it .After four visits, it is particularly reassuring to see that the hotel is still maintaining the high standards we experienced on our previous stays.
If we decide to stay in St. Julian’s again, we will definitely choose the Holiday Inn once more.

First of all, the manager Maria is amazing. Lovely respectful honest woman. She has an amazing team, my friend Jacapo and Saviour. Proper amazing people, I would recommend everytime as they are amazing and the hotel is close to the strip, good hygiene, good food, good vibes. 10/10
I just arrived here tonight for a four night stay on two separate bookings. The front desk acknowledged both reservations but never stated the type of room. I had emailed the hotel far in advance to request the bookings be linked and to ask for at least a double bed. Tonight I am in a room with two twin beds and not happy! I have an email reply from their reservations office that guaranteed a double bed for the entire stay. The desk advised me that I can change rooms tomorrow, but that means waiting for availability instead of enjoying my holiday. 😡
