Brilliant time at the hotel. A bit dated interior but the service, hospitality, amenities more than make up for it. Lots of nice staff including Khushi who hosted us in the business lounge. Aziz during breakfast. Will definitely return again.

We are regular visitors and once again, really enjoyed our stay here, despite the construction in the bay. Hotel grounds are beautiful, Lido is fantastic, rooms have lovely sea views and the staff are simply wonderful. Special thanks to Analisa, Maria, Jennifer, Reshma (breakfast team), Marika and colleagues (Pearl lounge), Khushi and Asma (executive lounge), the superb housekeeping team (Raj and colleagues), Katrina at reception and many others. We had a fantastic stay and wanted to give a very special mention to Khushi in the Executive Lounge, who really helped make our experience so memorable.
We first met Khushi in the Executive Lounge, and from the very beginning she was warm, friendly, professional and incredibly welcoming. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel comfortable and well looked after every time we visited the lounge.
As we are vegetarian, we asked Khushi if there were any vegetarian food options available. She could not have been more helpful or accommodating. She listened to our requirements, made sure we had suitable choices and regularly checked that we were happy with everything. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her.
What impressed us most was that Khushi's service went well beyond what we expected. She took the time to chat with us and gave us some excellent recommendations about places to visit, things to see and how best to enjoy our time in Malta. Her advice was genuinely helpful and added to our holiday experience.
Throughout our stay, whenever we saw Khushi, she was consistently cheerful, attentive and approachable. She has a lovely way of making guests feel welcome without being intrusive. You can tell that she genuinely cares about providing excellent service and ensuring guests enjoy their stay.
The Executive Lounge itself was a lovely place to relax, but having someone like Khushi looking after us made the experience even better. It is often the people you meet during a holiday who make the lasting memories, and Khushi was certainly one of those people for us.
A huge thank you to Khushi for your kindness, hospitality, helpful advice and outstanding service. You are a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and a real credit to the Executive Lounge team.
