Another wonderful stay at The Palace
This year’s trip to The Palace exceeded our expectations once again. It’s always an outstanding holiday, but this time the service really was taken to another level.
A huge thank you to Doriann, who helped us upgrade to the Music Suite during our stay. What an incredible room! It was huge and beautifully spacious, with wonderful amenities including a private balcony jacuzzi and a separate living room area. We were also welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a delightful fruit platter – such a lovely touch.
The rest of the management team didn’t disappoint either. Maris, Mark and James were always on hand whenever we needed anything, and it was a pleasure to meet Amir for the first time. He continuously went out of his way to help and couldn’t have been more attentive.
With the crazy temperatures this year, we spent the majority of our holiday relaxing around the rooftop pool – and we couldn’t have been better looked after by the pool bar team. In particular, a huge thank you to Kris, Ivana and Kumar, who were fantastic throughout our stay. Their service, friendliness and attention really made our days by the pool even more enjoyable.
We also dined at many of the hotel’s onsite restaurants, including both TemptAsian and Talk of the Town, and once again, everything was fantastic.
Another brilliant stay at The Palace, made even more special by the wonderful team. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!
Stay at AX Palace
Just returned from a week in Malta and despite the weather being above average for this time of year the staff went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Free cocktails on arrival due to some miss advertising from the travel company and then again for my husband’s birthday alongside a sparking bottle of wine and cake left in our room. The Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from every morning and staff were around clearing up and offering tea and coffee. We had a couple of issues with our room and had to move but again this was dealt with straight away and did not impact on our holiday. Overall a nice stay. You should consider making the main pool on floor 9 adults only and putting the family pool on floor 8 as on several occasions when visiting the pool there were children playing around which would not of been a problem if the pool was bigger.

Our first day in Malta started exceptionally well with Rosa delivering outstanding customer service! Nothing was too much trouble. She explained all the hotel facilities, what to see and do and even recommended and booked the most fantastic local eatery (the hotel restaurant was fully booked). The rooms are clean, well appointed, beautiful pools (one and adults only). Suburb!

Absolutely amazing experience. A special thank you to Ahun, Kristjian, Rohan, rajat Arjun, Kumar and Martina. Their service was unbelievable and we couldn’t have asked for more. They were so kind and really gave us the Maltese experience we were looking for. We intend on coming back next summer just for this same experience!!!
