Urban Valley Resort and Spa is just a 15-minute drive to the capital of Malta, Valletta, giving you the perfect chance to explore some of the cities best historical sites and monuments.
Facilities at Urban Valley Resort and Spa:
The Urban Valley Resort aims to make guests feel on top of the world, they do this by offering a range of facilities and top class service. Set in the beautiful gardens of the hotel are two large outdoor swimming pools in a charming valley setting. There is also an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Enjoy a few rounds of tennis on one of the hotels two tennis courts, this is at an extra fee then the equipment is provided.
The hotel's restaurants serve a wide range of mouthwatering cuisine to please everybody's taste buds and something the hotel is very proud of is their fantastic range of desserts. After enjoying a tasty meal, you can head to one of the hotel's bars which serves hot drinks, fine wines, dazzling cocktails and a range of soft drinks.

All the guestrooms have been carefully designed with comfort in mind. Rooms are luxurious and equipped with all the standard amenities. This includes; high-quality beds, TV, minibar (at a fee), telephone, tea/coffee facilities, working desk, hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms are complete with a balcony or terrace. All bathrooms are complete with either a walk-in shower or a bath. Room upgrades are available at a supplement.

Excellent restaurant service and food.
We had a wonderful stay at Urban Valley Resort. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, especially Margelina (hope I have spelt that right). Our room was very quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean thanks to the excellent housekeeping team and the grounds and pools were beautifully maintained by the groundwork team. A special mention however to the fantastic restaurant staff who made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with a great choice of dishes to try and something new each day. And the service was exemplary, everyone was kind, courteous, professional and welcoming. Our thanks to Rahul, whose thoughtfulness was much appreciated, Deepak, Raku, Antonella and anyone whose name we didn't quite catch, what a fantastic team.
Wonderful stay at Urban Valley Resort
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were happy to answer our questions, give us recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. We felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is spotless, and we were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and we slept very well throughout our stay.
We also really enjoyed the restaurants. The food was very good, and the buffet offered a good variety of dishes that changed slightly every evening, which kept it interesting.
The housekeeping staff, restaurant team, and reception staff all provided excellent service. Everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming.
We only have two minor suggestions for improvement:
- The pool water was much too warm. While pleasant, it didn’t provide the refreshing feeling you would expect, especially during the hot weather.
- The water pressure in both the shower and the bathtub was very low, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower.
Apart from these two small points, everything was excellent. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Amazing holiday!
We had a great stay at this hotel in Malta. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly.
A special thank you to Imran at the front desk for always being so helpful and welcoming. We'd also like to mention Vishal at the pool bar, who gave excellent service and was always friendly.
The staff really made our holiday special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was really nice, clean and not too crowded. Happy hour cocktails(bogof) 5-6! 🍹
Our room was spotless, really nicely decorated and a lovely balcony.
Only tiny gripes were, we had dinner at the hotel one night and were disappointed with the quality of the food. Town is only a 5-10 minute cab ride (€7) .Other tiny thing was the pool is open to outside day guests, so on weekends it can get quite crowded and guests of the hotel can sometimes not get a seat.

Fantastic stay with outstanding service
We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with everything. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very relaxing.
The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Imran, who took excellent care of us during our stay. He was always kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service really made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back in the future!
