We ate at the kitchen garden,the service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Recently returned from our second stay at this delightful hotel. Everything about this hotel is first class but what really makes the difference is the amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to please, always with a smile. We hope to be able to return sometime in the near future.
Wonderful stay at the Corinthia Palace in a Grand deluxe room, which I’d recommend. It’s was light, fresh, incredibly clean and modern. It had a nice balcony and plenty of water provided each day. You get a sense of grandeur and luxury from the moment you walk into the hotel. Breakfast is served in an opulent room and the pool/ spa facilities were very bouji. The staff / service was incredible and slick too; the staff were always smiling and giving a warm reception, especially Jericho on reception! Big shout out to Jericho. He went the extra mile by remembering my name, greeted me personally every day and nothing was ever too much trouble. He’s an asset to the hotel.
We have just stayed here for 8 nights. Exceptional customer service from prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, particularly by The Junior Duty Manager Adriana Cuscina, who is not only very professional, but personable too. She is a credit to The Corinthia Brand, and wherever promotions will take her.
In fact our encounters with other managers such as Front Office Manager Alessandro Raffaeta, Quality Manager Analise Scicluna, and Director of Operations Remi Jurdic, have equally been positive; all so very approachable. I will miss Remi’s cheekiness and banter.
Mirjana of House Keeping maintained high standards of cleanliness in our room. She works very hard and is a lovely lady. We were very fortunate to have her.
All bar and restaurant staff are a credit to this hotel. Our regular encounters during breakfast with Supervisor Angela & Manager Ednalyn, always both so bright, cheerful and welcoming! Other breakfast staff Sanjay, Ashish, Guman and Gurjot made it a pleasant start to our day. Sanjay is very good at remembering our regular orders and how we love our specialty coffees. The Baristas make exceptional coffees. Afternoon tea was our final experience before departure, served by wonderful Sayan.
We chose this hotel for the restaurants and fine dining. We loved the fine dining experience in both The Villa Corinthia (with special thanks to Restaurant Manager Rahul for his professional hospitality) and Bahia, great staff and tasting menus! The less formal dining areas at The Secret Garden, Caprice Lounge, and Josephine’s have equally been a great experience.

Our first visit to Malta and think we chose a lovely hotel, but improvements are required for this level. Close to the airport and out of town, but some may find it remote
The room was beautiful but small, but no dressing table and wife had to do her hair stood looking in the mirror on the bathroom door. When you have a shower the bathroom steamed up as there was no ventilation, and you could not use the mirror, it could have been heated.
The dining options are limited and very “samey” breakfast almost daily was a car crash, noisy crockery and cutlery crashing around us, staff running around trying to relay tables, buffet empty daily, and food cold every morning, so gave up having hot food which is disappointing. It was not a pleasant experience. The one morning we had a la carte it was inedible and had to send it back.
The Caprice bar was excellent, good old fashioned service for drinks and snacks and we were well looked after every night
The pool is not heated, and maybe out of our whole weeks stay 6 guests used the pool. It was freezing !!! All the lounger covers each morning were mouldy as well, image attached
Saying all that we enjoyed our stay and loved the restaurants in St Julians, St George's bay and Valetta.
Taxi’s are cheap and reliable (Bolt)
The highlight was Xara Palace where I have reviewed it as well
Lastly I think the lobby was like an airport hotel as every day every table was occupied with guests on laptops having meetings, no private areas for residents
