Fab hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast...plenty of choice. Room was excellent and cleaned/serviced every day...fab view from balcony and roof top pool/sun deck.
Lovely clean hotel, fabulous staff and amazing views from our 6th floor room. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the ferries and local amenities, whatever your choice of food you will find within walking distance. It was my partners birthday during our visit and they kindly left a bottle of wine on our arrival, followed by balloons and a card on his birthday. Reception staff are so helpful and friendly and make you feel so welcome. Restaurant staff are also great and very helpful. We had everything we needed for breakfast (maybe a bit warm in the restaurant in certain areas but didn’t affect us to any real extent). Our room was always immaculately serviced by their wonderful staff. The staff really make the hotel what it is. Don’t understand some of the comments about noisy AC, we’re from Scotland and don’t have/need AC but we slept like logs with it on all night! Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit.
