The worst hotel ever
I honestly don’t even know how to describe what it felt like staying at this hotel. There was a strong smell of mold throughout the room, mold on the walls, stained towels, dirty curtains, a stained toilet seat, unwashed mugs, bed linens that were both stained and smelled unpleasant, old and worn-out furniture, and an air conditioner that was unable to cool the room properly. The view was also disappointing.
I would not recommend these conditions to anyone. We had to change rooms three times. The last room was somewhat better and more spacious, but the bed sheets and towels were still stained and had an unpleasant odor.

stayed here for 10 days, solo. was in room 1103. pros- room 1st floor same as pool, good for me as can’t do stairs (mobile issues) pool nice although was very busy most days. food/drink purchased round pool very nice & reasonable price. Staff very nice & cheerful. cleaners very good. room ok had everything i needed fridge kettle etc cons- shower in room so small if you are bigger than a size 12 your not getting in it! phone in room not connected. had problem with sink which was repaired when i was out one evening, when i returned 12.15am my door was wide open i thought id been robbed! when reported reception said work man must have left open 😳 luckily nothing was missing but made me very nervous. biggest problem 95% of guests were language students with no regard for anyone else staying in hotel, day & night they were screaming & running outside my room, i had no chance of sleeping or rest. what should have been a relaxing holiday was an absolute nightmare. spoke to reception and supervisors for student neither were helpful. if your booked here i would definitely change hotels. i would never stay here again because of the students.
Stay at Topaz.
Needs tender loving care. Staff are nice, especially restaurant. Very helpful but food selection is limited. Room very small no space to move around, we paid for pool view but room was tucked in a corner. Telephone not functioning. I guess you get for what you get. Pool too crowded.
