Ideal for beach vacationers, this hotel lies in Amboula, just a few steps from the sandy beach. There is a bus stop right next to the building. It is about 6 miles to Zakynthos (ZTH) Airport. The hotel has an elevator and features 161 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A laundry service and a lounge are available. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. The standard amenities of some rooms include a balcony or terrace, providing extra room for relaxation. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products.
Dip into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a 24-hour fitness centre. This Mediterranean hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Literally just got home after spending a week here and visiting Greece for the first time plus also as a Solo traveller.
Without a doubt, the best week I have had in years From being welcomed in by name at 10:30pm and handed a sandwich and fruit bag as it was so late, the smile and enthusiasm even at this time was amazing and he also showed me to my room and carried my luggage which wasn't expected. (Apologies, I can't remember his name but he deserves huge praise as you can see he Absolutely loves his job and puts every guest 1st).
All week, and as a 43 year old 1st time Solo traveller, every single member of staff has gone above and beyond, asking if I need anything, giving recommendations for where to go and just generally being amazing. This hotel would simply just be a building if it didn't have members of staff like this who genuinely care. They bring the place to life, they care and do everything that they can to make sure you have the best time whilst staying there.
The housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job daily with over 160 rooms to get through, the cooks put together a great choice of hot food, salads, cheese and meat selection as well as an assortment of desserts.
The location is also perfect in my opinion. A few people said that it was a taxi ride away from the local town (10 mins) but for me, the whole idea of Adult Only, 4* etc is so that you're not stuck in the middle of the hustle and bustle with all of the rowdiness etc. but that's just my opinion and there are also a few local shops and restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to venture out to far.
There is also, direct access to the sea with a jetti which gives you somewhere to leave your towel whilst going for an uninterrupted ocean swim.
I'd like to say an extra "Thank You" to a few people though (Including the 1st person who welcomed me).
● The whole team on reception, constant smiles and interest in hearing about my day and where I had been etc.
● Alexander (Alex). This Guy has been at this hotel for over 25 years, he will literally do anything within his power to help anybody. Even down to coming to say Goodbye to me and safe flight home the day before I left as he was off the day after. He is respected by his whole team as they all work together as a team. He even personally introduced me to the A La Cartè Chef a few days before I was booked in to eat there (Which was also an amazing experience). He also always made time to simply just chat for 5 mins to hear about where I had been and what my plans were etc.
● Tony. What can I say about Tony and all of the bar staff but in particular, Tony. He is not just a Great Barman, he is also extremely Funny. I was in the hotel the other night and it was quiz night so I asked him where I could go as I'mnot one for quizzes, without hesitation, he recommended a local bar, reception ordered the taxi and within 20 mins I was there and it was a great night, he even followed that up the day after by asking if I had enjoyed it. He has a way of just making everyone feel comfortable and he always makes sure that you are smiling and enjoying yourself.
● Anna, Throughout my stay, Anna has been so kind and attentive, she's always happy and smiling which gets you to do the same. When I went for my A La Cartè, Anna looked after me, she explained the menu options, came over to check if everything was Ok and if I needed anything else (whilst also clearing tables and looking after other guests as well). Nothing is too much trouble for her, I was sat outside when the Storm rolled in on Friday night and the winds picked up extremely quickly, she reacted instantly and found me a table inside and set it for me without hesitation! She is a superstar!
The entertainment is also extremely varied which is great, Singers, Quiz Night's, Saxophone, Dancers and so much more.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anybody who is looking for an amazing time away that is in a great location with Car, Scooter and Quad rental available within a 2 minute walk as well as a range of excursions available.
I hired a Quad for my entire stay and explored the entire island with over 350 miles of mountains, beaches, tavernas, viewpoints and historic places visited each day. This island is just absolutely beautiful.
I'm not one for visiting the same place twice usually but I will definitely be coming back here again as so many other's already do who I have spoken to.

Thank you for making my time here as amazing as it was! I was quite nervous about going away Solo but the team were incredible and my nerves disappeared instantly!

I went with a friend & we upgraded to MFC thinking we would get top shelf drinks but we couldn't all local drinks not impressed when upgraded!!!! The room was lovely great veiws, cleaned every day, Pools were lovely but freezing 🥶 Main restaurant was where we had problems, food basically & NO choice, we can accept warm food but it was cold!! If we went into restaurant past 8pm all mains were empty when we asked staff if there was more they said no all gone..... then at 8.45pm all food was replenished & all the staff would come & eat when we asked about this the catering staff would ignore you & walk away, We reported this to reception to be told it's not our problem speak to the chef but he walked away too. We went to the ala- carte one evening & it was laughable the food was not ala carte, but have to give Anna the Vietnamese lady in the upgraded pool bar as she was fantastic at her job & so lovely & friendly & took her job seriously & every one else let her down. Entertainment hit & miss! A couple of bars restaurant outside. One last thing if you have any walking disabilities knees, hips, walking,this place is not for you as it's all steps.
Sadly not a 4star hotel. Not what I expected when I arrived. Hotel lobby, favourite club area could be classed as 4 star, rooms and buffet restaurant 2 star. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. When I bought the holiday I was sold on the infinity pools and description of premium drinks etc. one month before we were due to go. received an email saying they had changed restaurants around etc, we didn’t think nothing of it until we got there. You could not use the infinity pools or the comfy sun loungers overlooking the sea. This was 55 euros a day extra, each, with some premium drinks, I have since looked on the travel agent website, it now has favourite club on the pictures. the rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. The water pressure was dire. Only trickled out, couldn’t have a proper shower. The paving to the room was very uneven, lots of trip hazards. Loads of steps down to the room, not ideal with heavy suitcases. Paid for all inclusive, we ate out nearly every night due to the food choices. Breakfast was ok as there was enough choices like fruit and cereals etc
This is a very nice small hotel where the staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to help. This is exceptional and should be praised by the hotel.
Had a great stay aided by top notch staff. However, final morning marred by a petty theft from room just before leaving. After packing, returning towels to reception and having breakfast, we returned to room to find it had been entered despite placing "Do Not Disturb" sign on door. Hand luggage had been interfered with and expensive sunglasses missing. However unable to prove it and being a short time before airport pick up didn't make any accusations. As it is getting close to the hotel shutting for the winter with staff being laid off be vigilant. Not going to let this incident spoil an excellent week.
