Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Been to hotel, would not go back.The barman was the most miserable and rude person, did not see him smile at all, if hes not happy working there then go elsewhere . I complained to reception about him . The rest of the hotel employees were ok. Food was very basic and always cold even when 1st bought out. Rooms basic our shower head was broken every time we had a shower the floor was flooded.
This is the worst all inclusive hotel ive ever stayed in, the staff were ignorant, food and drinks were disgusting and every little choice
We are currently staying here. The hotel rooms are cleaned daily. All rooms have a balcony that you can sit outside. The Aircon is very good and the noise off it is minimal.
The food is different everyday and is of very good quality. There is plenty of it.
The hotel is near to all shops and clubs whilst being slightly off the main strip.
Terrible hotel staff so ignorant no manners whatsoever, not helpful at all the room very dated the food was terrible very noisy at night time from other guests we had to eat out most of the time and this is not what you book an all inclusive hotel for the toilets you had to use when you were by the pool or at the restaurant were discussing, this was never a 4 star hotel maybe a1 star, I have stayed in lots of different parts of Greece and this hotel was by far the worst.
Absolutely avoid ay all costs. Firstly, the staff are rude and couldn't care less. This place is like a money making machine to rip off paying guests. Everything is done to the cheapest standards and very limited.
One type of awful tadting beer served in a flimsy chuck away half pint plastic cup, pre made awful cocktails in Juice type machines with hardly any alcohol content. Food limited to one plate per person. Snacks can only be raten at the bar and not taken away.
All in all, an absolute dive that needs shutting down. I have been to Greece 6 times and this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in with the most arrogant and rude staff.
