We have just had a fantastic holiday at Zante Plaza Hotel. We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff they’re all really nice and do a brilliant job. The location is at the bottom of the strip but you wouldn’t know when you are in the hotel it’s very chilled. There is plenty to do for all ages as it’s near the beach with some nice chilled out bars and restaurants on the front. The food in the hotel is excellent and between meals they put on some good snacks so you never go hungry! Hotel and rooms are spotless with rooms being cleaned every day. Thank you all so much for an unforgettable holiday.
Lovely hotel chilled vibe
We have just arrived back home from 10 days here. The hotel is a lovely friendly run hotel. No sun bed wars in the mornings. Food was very good 7 or so main dishes, sides, beautiful salads and always chips lol. Desserts were lovely. Always fresh fruit. Breakfast and lunch equally good. Snack menu is fine, you order what you want, burger, hot dog, toasties, salads, chips. Its not just put out and left. Ice cream available 11am - 9pm. There's no entertainment, but this is fine it adds to the relaxed chilled vibe of the pool area and hotel. Stepping outside the hotel's a differant vibe altogether, shops bars clubs restaurants, so you take it or leave it, its 1 minute walk to the beach which is great. The trips you can book are all along the main road, so get the best price. The noise from the main road is very minimal if at all which was surprising. Some noise from the hotel next door when they had entertainment but it finishes at 11 or 12 so its not bad. The only down side was the size of the room we had. 2 adult and 11 and 14 year old we managed but some others said it was just too small. The rooms are cleaned daily and you have clean sheets so no complaints there. The poolisnt deep im 5.3 and I could touch the bottom with my head above the water. Its not a massive pool but big enough. They have 2 nights of entertainment greek night and karaoke. All the staff are super friendly the hotel is well kept and clean. Trips we did, we got the bus to the town, hired a speed boat, went of a boat trip and horse riding in the sea. Which was amazing. Have a good holiday x
Hidden gem !
My family spent a few days in this hotel in August. We are grateful for the service and the kindness we received. Management is lucky to have such accommodating , happy employees. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Cleaning ladies kept it spotless. There are five building blocks in this hotel, a swimming pool and a restaurant. The food was excellent in every way. The best we have had in an all inclusive hotel, even better than 5 star hotels' we have been to. The chef Mr Gianis and his team are always there ready to go out of their way to keep you satisfied. The beach is a 3 minutes walk, literally down the road. Laganas beach is the best in Zakynthos, we thoroughly enjoyed it and Laganas village is so calm nowadays, very family friendly. The hotel is on the main road. Go, don't hesitate.. You can't go wrong with this hotel. You can't go wrong with Zakynthos. Thank you Club Zante Plaza

Staff were amazing!!
Me and my friends came here for our girls holiday and it was the loveliest experience. We expected the hotel to be loud as it is on the Zante strip but once you are inside the hotel you can’t hear a thing which is amazing. The security made us feel so safe which was appreciated from us younger women. All of the staff clearly love their jobs and go above and beyond for you, helping us with bus times, booking boat trips and being so welcoming to our food intolerances. The chefs were incredible about our allergies, me gluten-free and my friend nut-free. The head chef specifically was so kind and made us some of the best dishes, always ensuring that they were safe to eat. He never let us go hungry. The rooms were clean and bright, and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. We had an amazing time, thank you!!
Beyond fab!
Love, love, love this hotel. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they will go out of their way to help you if needed. Visited in May for 2 weeks and as soon as we arrived we were greeted as though we were long lost friends! Fab room overlooking the pool, spacious and very clean. Good choice of food everyday. I am exceptionally fussy with food however never once had an issue and always managed to get something to eat. The staff are exceptional, every single one of them. I could write a review without mentioning Dennis and Alonso, love you both so much! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Zante Already looking forward to our next visit Jo & Scott
