Hotel lovely and staff very helpful, from the reception staff to bar staff restaurant staff and cleaners, food very nice every day, my husband had poor mobility and on second day they reserved a table by the door for us for our full holiday, special thank you to George,Albana unfortunately not all helpful staff had name badges. We would definitely book again for this hotel. 😊
The hotel is in an ideal location. Very clean and well looked after. The members of staff are excellent and helpful from the cleaners to restaurant and reception. Always polite and can't do enough for you. Special mention to George and Albana and all the restaurant staff. Great food and drink. Definitely book again!!!
We stayed here as a family of four in September . We don’t usually do all-inclusive holidays and would normally choose larger resorts with plenty of sports and spa facilities or a villa. However, as our children are now adults and eat a lot, we chose this hotel based on its good reviews and were really pleased with our choice.
The staff were lovely, friendly and always helpful. The hotel was spotless throughout, and there were no issues with sunbeds as reservations weren’t allowed.
The food had a very good variety and was of a good quality, especially considering the number of people the hotel caters for. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach.
My only minor criticism would be that, personally, I occasionally found the evening entertainment a little loud. That said, we also joined in at times so perhaps a little hypocritical :)
We had a great stay and I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the hotel and the area.
First time in Kalamaki. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and good selection of foods at mealtimes although felt the vegetarian options could have been a little more imaginative. Room was clean and the cleaning staff clearly took pride in their work, Air con was much needed. Pool was lovely. Hotel is near to Crystal beach and all local amenities. We had an amazing holiday and will be sure to return to this hotel in the future.
