Lovely hotel
We have been to Zante loads of times but never to Ionion Blue. The location is perfect and the hotel and its grounds are very nice. The pool area is lovely and there are always plenty of sunbeds available. The rooms are decent if not a little dated in places but we weren’t bothered by that. Always nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Decent size car park on the side if you wish to hire a car too. We will definitely return.

Customer service really gone down!
Been coming here for years, often twice a year but the attitude to the customers has really gone down
- faulty light in the apartment with flickering and coming on/off in the middle of the night
Reported and ignored 2) public gents toilet no light so totally dark Reported and ignored 3) hand soaps and shower gels are supposed to be filled up but ran out twice Reported and ignored till we brought in the cleaner who did deal with it 4) fridge hardly got cold and no ice box facility Asked for a cup (5) of ice cubes, had to talk the barman in to it. Manager told me it's not problem. Next time fine, the 3rd time refused when I spoke to the manager xhe said we could and it would be sent to our room. Never happened
They just don't care about the customers No customer service and they just sit behind a desk doing nothing!
Fantastic hotel
We had a fantastic 14-night stay at the Ionian Blue Hotel in Kalamaki and really couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful holiday. The food was great, with plenty to enjoy, and the pool area was excellent. The pool was spotlessly clean and there were more than enough sunbeds, so there was never any need to rush out early to reserve one. Our room was lovely and kept very clean throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location, being close to the beach as well as a good choice of restaurants. Overall, we had a brilliant 14-night holiday at the Ionian Blue and would happily return. A lovely hotel with fantastic staff, a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need for a great holiday. 4.5/5 — Highly recommended!
An Amazing Experience
Lovely hotel! Kind and friendly staff! Close the beach, whichbwas ideal. Room was more than sufficient and was kept clean by the wonderful cleaning staff. The food at the hotel was also amazing. Overall, would definitely stay here again, good value for money 😁
Perfect hotel fantastic people 👌
Just returned from two weeks at the ionian blue and all I can say is wow what a fantastic hotel ...our first time in zante n I honestly believe we could not have picked a better place to stay . We stayed in room 409 which is just perfect for the kalamaki sunsets daily ...the rooms are spotless n the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job ....the breakfast is plentiful eggs bacon mushrooms beans hash browns lare selection o cereal toast croissants perfect....the hotel has a totally chilled vibe n we loved every minute with special thanks to the lovely Linda on the bar n kelvin who made our holiday special ...as did the lovely lady on reception who was always helpful...well done ionian blue your staff made our holiday perfect we will be back ....thank you
