The best hotel ever, the bar, entertainment, food, staff were all so nice and friendly. The rooms are quite nice as well. Very children friendly. The cleanliness all over the hotel is amazing. Overall very nice and not far from places. Shout out to the entertainment staff they really made our holiday 10 times better
Nicely situated hotel. Clean. Friendly. Room was great with a fabulous bathroom ( newer ones) and view of quieter pool area. Only downside was the food. Wasn’t the greatest; however they’ve Nona’s restaurant ( payment needed) which was better, and the hotel is surrounded by some amazing restaurants. We will probably be back
This place is brilliant, let’s start with the rules people have mentioned. Yes the air on can only be used at set times but it’s useful times. Safety boxes are an extra charge, meal times are set if all inclusive but quite wide time frames. Yes you can only have cocktails up to 6.30 but we still managed to find suitable drinks or you can pay for extras but they don’t charge as much as outside the hotel. Cleanliness is unreal the whole place is kept so clean. Food excellent found something every meal at the buffet. The entertainment staff do a great job of keeping people entertained with regular activities. The guy who runs the bar in the day is so hard working keeping his area going. Plenty of sun beds across the 2 pools. We had a revamped but basic room we were in the back of the hotel but it was nice and quiet most of the time but even the lively nights it all stops at 11pm. Beds very comfy room has everything you need including a fridge and hairdryer shower gel and hand soap and shampoo. There is a place to dry towels on the balcony. The location is fab super markets within steps of the hotel entrance. Lots of shops and bars all around, the beach also not far. Even though we were all inclusive we went out each day for drinks at the beach bars they are more expensive than uk, so we were very glad we had the comfort of the all inclusive to fall back on. All in all value for money this place is amazing. I would Definately recommend this place for ease and close to the airport we just got a taxi. Thanks Diana Palace.
