Guests will find all they are looking for in each of the exquisitely appointed rooms with provide comfortable accommodation. Guests can relax by the pool or in the mature gardens with their palm trees, or enjoy sports and entertainment with the professional staff. It is also possible to go horse riding.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a water slide and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
What can I say about this place. I have always felt right at home here. We have been here 5 times and it doesn't disappoint us. We love the surroundings. The position of the hotel the food is very limited but I prefer that as what is out is always perfect and always something to choose its class instead of volume. But the thing that sets it apart from a lot of places we have been is the staff....... to be fair they aren't staff the are part of the charm of this place. From the manager Achilles, let's nothing stress him and is always on hand to help where and when he can. His wife and the front desk team , always smiling, from Anca, Panos the nighttime bar staff are absolutely lovely lovely people and make you feel without even trying that you are part of the group and never anything is too much. Last but not least STATHIS, in life you meet people who you just know are one of life's greats and this guy is one of them. Remembers everything about every single guest, makes them feel specialnin his own way and always always smiles and enjoys what he does. All in all again will be back and couldn't go to long without being there. They have one bit to make up to the rest of the renovations and it will look stunning. Maybe the only thing that I feel needs a refresh of the small baby pool looks like the only bit that needs to be caught up.
We arrived late so missed dinner, on check in which was very smooth we got taken to our room 313 and told food left in our fridge for us.
Room was lovely, large bed, not two singles pushed together which was great, lovely bathroom. View from balcony of top pool which was great.
First morning witnessed the sunbed wars, 630am first people reserving beds. The hotel can easily put signs up and a rope the areas to pool. But this probably won't stop it. By 830 all beds taken. We only got a bed once and this was around 4oclock. Seating area around the bar was lovely. Inside reception a lovely seating area with books and a pool table.
Stathis on the bar of a day was amazing remembered our drinks from day one, such a lovely man, even went out of his way to say goodbye when we left.
Food was lovely, every meal able to find plenty to eat. Nonnas was lovely on Greek night, entertainment was very good and plate smashing was fun.
All in All lovely staff, clean hotel, rooms maintained very well, food spot on.
We had such an amazing stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it! The food was absolutely amazing. There was such a huge variety to choose from, with lots of different options available and different dishes being served throughout our stay, so we never felt like we were eating the same thing every day. There was something for everyone, and the food was always fresh, tasty and well presented. We genuinely looked forward to mealtimes every day!
Our room was lovely and spacious, extremely clean, and the air conditioning was a 10/10! The bathroom was also kept spotless. We had room service every day, which was such a nice touch. Whenever we came back to our room, we had fresh bedding, clean towels, new bathrobes and freshly mopped floors. Everything always felt so fresh and clean.
The entertainment was also fantastic! The woman and man who run the entertainment were absolutely amazing — so kind, friendly and welcoming. We had loads of conversations with them throughout our stay, and they even got to know my boyfriend really well. They made us feel so welcome and we had some amazing times because of them!
All of the hotel and bar staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they were always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
There are also lots of restaurants and bars around the area, which is great if you want to explore outside the hotel. The pools were very clean and well looked after.
The drinks were also great! Pretty much any spirit you could want was available, or they had a substitute if they didn’t have the exact one.
The WiFi was another bonus — it worked really well throughout the whole hotel, including around the pools and dining areas, which was really convenient.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would 100% recommend this hotel. A massive thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely come back! ❤️
It was an okay stay in general but could use some improvement. Stayed here for 4 nights with friends, the room we had was a but rundown. There’s a leak in the toilet and there’s no bidet. This is a big thing since you can’t put toilet papers in the lavatory. We reported about the leak but nothing has been done and we’re not offered to move. The air conditioning was not cool enough, given we had to pay extra 10 euros per day to use it 24/7. Without paying, it is only on during hours we spent outside. The buffet lacked variety and flavour; it got a bit boring so we ended up eating out. The entertainment staff weren’t really trying to entertain, the scheduled activities didn’t go ahead without notifying the guests.
The one very good thing is the staff, they have wonderful staff who’s always ready to assist us. Leo at the reception is commendable!
Hotel great location and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Food was lovely and the staff were always nice and friendly. We stayed in room 414 which has not yet been refurbed but it was cleaned everyday we were their. My only issue is that on arrival we had to pay 10 euro per day tourist tax and 10 euro per day for air con. Air con only free certain times a day. Safe £35 euro for the week. The hotel could do with more outside seating in the evening. If you get their after 8-8.30 you will not get a seat. Not enough outside seating in the evening for the number of guests. In our room we could occasionally smell the drains especially after it had rained. That is not unusal in greece. Overall had a great time and would definately return
