This is an environmentally-friendly hotel that cares greatly about sustainable growth that has a unique approach to hospitality located in Agios Sostis in Laganas Bay. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the 9 km sandy beach, one of the longest in the Mediterranean, and perfect for exploring the rest of Zakynthos. The place is also conveniently located for the town shopping centre (500 m.) and just 6 km from the airport.
The friendly staff will help guests to hire bicycles or rent a car to see the protected nesting turtles and visit the beautiful landscapes of this, the 3rd largest Ionian island. Otherwise visitors can just sit and relax by the pool and enjoy cold drinks and snacks. A home-made breakfast is provided with freshly-baked bread and cakes, free-range eggs, oranges and plenty of olive oil. Guest's special events are celebrated with a free bottle of wine.

A wonderful 5 day stay in Zante
We had a wonderful welcome when we arrived. A welcome drink and a very relaxed and easy check-in. We were then taken straight up to our room, which had a beautiful view over the olive trees and the sea. We were shown how to turn on the AC which worked a treat and was very much needed! The room was a nice size with a very comfortable mattress. Slept really well all over our 5 nights. Entertainment by the pool didn’t disturb us or noise from the corridor. All inclusive and lots of choice of food and alcohol. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We did a few of Delfin’s morning and aqua classes, which were very good. We were lucky to be there for their 34th anniversary where there was a party for the family and the guests. The hotel is located 5 mins from the beach and 10mins from the nightlife. We had a really wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
Our Home Away from Home in Laganas
Just a stone’s throw from the lively streets and beautiful beach of Laganas, this hotel is perfectly located only about a five-minute walk away. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is situated in a peaceful area where you can truly relax and enjoy the surroundings.
We stayed in a Superior Swim-Up Room, which was fresh, spacious, and very comfortable. Having our own private pool and sunbeds gave us so much flexibility when planning our days. Whenever we wanted to simply unwind, we could enjoy the privacy and comfort of our own pool area.
The air conditioning, bed, pillows, and bathroom were all excellent, and the housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the room were absolutely superb.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional, from the reception staff to the team at the bar. Every interaction we had with the hotel was outstanding, and we genuinely felt like part of the Castelli family. Any questions or issues were handled quickly and efficiently, and the communication was excellent from before our arrival right through to the moment we left.
It was incredibly difficult to say goodbye to all the wonderful staff we had gotten to know during our stay. Luckily, we brought plenty of lovely things home from the hotel’s charming little shop, so a small piece of Castelli will always be with us.
We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be visiting again!

What a Gem!
Such a lovely run hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so welcoming. The beds are really comfy, the sun beds the same. The pool area is always so well maintained and clean as is the rest of the hotel.
It’s only a short walk into Laganas, the bars/restaurants and the beach if you feel you need a change of scenery.
We have now visited the Castelli twice and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Charming and rustic with wonderful hospitality
This is a lovely hotel. Clean, charming and rustic. For a vegetarian, the food could be better. However, I always had a full stomach. The A-la Carte was wonderful. Some of the waiters could learn how to smile. The bar staff were always helpful and friendly. The reception staff were the stars of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were tireless in their efforts to keep the place spotless. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. The ABBA tribute was outstanding. Thank you Castelli family for your wonderful hospitality.

3 night break
My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of May. The hotel is so lovely, it’s a charming, family run B&B and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I emailed ahead requesting twin beds, and to our surprise was upgraded to a swim up. Food and drink were good but the staff made the hotel. Everyone was so friendly, and the owner would sit by the entrance and greet us, and spend time to have a chat too. We took part in the yoga and pilates which we enjoyed. We would love to return one day. Thank you Castelli hotel.
