Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Located a short walk to the shops and beach in a quieter area which suited us. Checked in by the manager Kiki who explained everything and was always very helpful and attentive. We had a problem with a maintenance issue and she sorted it immediately.
The room was very nice and clean.A small terrace, a kitchen, through to a bedroom and a very nice bathroom....saltwater shower but it didn't really cause a problem.
Although there was a kitchen area it contained nothing to cook with, kettles or cutlery so dont expect to be able to prepare food easily.
The room was cleaned to a good standard daily including a towel change.
The pool area is very nice and we never had a problem finding sunbeds. Note you are not supposed to take your own drinks/snacks around the pool which was a little inconvenient.
The buffet breakfast is very basic. A little more expense i.e Better quality bread, bakery items, fruit and tomatoes would make a difference. It's restocked throughout however and the breakfast outdoor terrace is very nice.
Overall a positive stay though with very helpful management but a few shortcomings.
Would we return...Yes!
We stayed here for one week in June and we looked at photos and reviews so were really looking forward to our stay. Rooms are not like photos shown on easyjet website so jacuzzi pool in our room we found out only a few rooms have these and get charged more. Room was clean and spacious bathroom very dark. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Pool was just lovely very peaceful and we had no issue getting a sunbed which is always a big bonus. Small friendly hotel owner Kiki was very welcoming and would help in anyway she could. Small walk into town for restaurants and supermarket about 7mins away as was the beach. The owner did other trips but we booked ours with easyjet we found out later that the prices being charged by owner were dearer so we made the right choice. There are two bad bits about hotel and for this reason would not return one was the breakfast it was appalling I've never in my life had such a small amount to choose from and was the same every day toast ham cheese some melon some yoghurt and pancakes hard boiled eggs and a couple of cereal choices nothing else!! No warm breakfast at all!! They did have a lunchtime and evening meals and drinks you could buy around the pool but prices charged were so much dearer than in town. A beer in town 2 euro they wanted 6 euro a beer from a can!! We had one meal on our first night there as were tired came to over 50 euro which had been cooked in the microwave and small portion too. After this and most people seemed to head into town for there lunch and dinner my advice to owners are drop your prices and people would probably eat around the pool at lunchtime they all left because you charged 3 times the price in town!! We done a couple of trip and santorini is dearer for these than other islands but we knew this so were happy with the two we booked. There are a couple of bars a short walk away dorians was amazing and the prices were so good spent many an evening there. Beach is nice and sunbeds were very reasonable most were free if you bought food and drinks from bar who owned them. Loved santorini done and saw everything we wanted to do. My advice to owner lower your prices for food and drink and people would eat and drink there more rather than leave and walk into town.
We had a really nice stay here. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great location and offers really good value for money. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh, clean towels provided daily. Everything was well taken care of, and overall we had a great experience. We would happily stay here again!
the location is beautiful, the place is clean, very friendly staff, especially Kiki as we got served with a smile at the bar and the food was made all fresh and on the spot, we loved every single bit about the place and the service took it to another level, we are very happy. also the rooms and facilities are clean and tidy at all times. the atmosphere is nice and quiet, very nice place to relax.
The most beautiful resort with the most wonderful kind staff. The food is absolutely incredible freshly made and the staff are so helpful. Kiki is the kindest lady and looks after you! Would absolutely come here again such an amazing time.
