Excellent hotel and complex. Very clean. Great rooms. Great location for beach and bars, restaurants. Very friendly staff. Shiut out to Sophie, so friendly. Breakfast coffee not great. Machine seems to be set to only give half a cup. Evening meals poor standard. Hardly 3 star in.our experience. Tui staff good. And reasonable excursions available.

Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful holliday
Great for a calm and relaxing holliday. Hotel is very peaceful and staff were very friendly. The room and hotel were very clean. Many pools to choose from and private beach sunbeds with table service everywhere

Wonderful relaxing hotel
We have just returned from a lovely week, the hotel is spotless clean , the staff are all so lovely, especially will miss smiling Sophia in the restaurant welcoming us daily The food was so much better than we expected, great breakfast selection, fresh omelettes & eggs cooked to order and oh my the puddings in the evening! We had a room with a private pool and I don’t think I could go back to sharing! Welcome meeting with Tracy was so worth attending ( we don’t usually bother) but she’s so knowledgeable, we caught the bus twice to Fira , so easy , one day got up early for sunrise on beach then 7.45am bus so was good to get photos while quiet Also went back in the evening for Sunset Had lunch & Dinner at Finari and cocktails at PK cocktail bar We took our stainless steel drinks bottles into breakfast, I was able to make a great diary free iced coffee and filled one with ice kept in our mini bar for chilled room drinks Recommend the mini mart at the top of the road , Dorian’s bar for Much cheaper drinks Very quiet hotel

An amazing hotel clean and very welcoming. Friendly staff who are very attentive. I look forward to returning next year.
Wonderful hotel with great staff
Absolutely gorgeous hotel with a fabulous set of pools and highly padded sun lounges the epitomy of luxury. Our rooms were fabulous also and they come with a walk in shower , fridge and outside jacuzzi . Want to pay special thanks to the staff who looked after us during our stay and they included a lovely lady on reception called Natalie who was so friendly and helpful and did absolutely everything to make our boat trip with my mum as easy as possible . (Thoroughly recommend this boat company that the hotel promote they were so helpful and as we didn’t want to charter the boat ourselves they provided a skipper at a small additional cost who was great at navigating us to Amoudi Bay and provided 121 help in getting my mum on and off the boat also ).
Other staff members who must have a mention include the TUI reps Tracey , Zoe and Erin , they were so friendly helpful and smiley throughout and made our stay really special .
Last but not least comes an absolute special mention for Demetrius in the restaurant . My daughter is coeliac and often finds it difficult finding meals which aren’t going to make her unwell . Demetrius was excellent, probably the most attentive and knowledgeable member of staff we have ever experienced in relation to this issue . He provided expert knowledge and had so much attention to detail that we felt very safe and well looked after in his care .
All in all a wonderful hotel with great staff and we would not hesitate to return
