- Kouros Village Hotel

This hotel, built in traditional Cycladic style, is located in the south coast of the island, approximately 50 metres from the famous beach of Perissa. Fira is around 18km from the hotel, where guests will find a more lively and touristic atmosphere with a variety of bars and taverns of local character. The hotel offers a friendly service along with a comfortable stay that will guarantee a memorable holiday.
Treat yourself with massages, body treatments and facials. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as a steam room and a seasonal outdoor pool. This Mediterranean hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and shopping on-site.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
What an absolutely amazing holiday in Santorini! From the location to the hotel and, most importantly, the wonderful staff, we honestly couldn’t have asked for more.
The location is fantastic. There’s a great choice of bars and restaurants just a 2–3 minute walk away, and the beach is also really close. Everything you need is within easy reach, while the hotel itself still feels like a lovely place to relax and unwind.
The hotel was absolutely spotless in every area. Our room was excellent and kept beautifully clean throughout our stay. Breakfast had a really good selection, and the food available from the bar was excellent too. There were always plenty of sun loungers available, which meant there was none of the usual stress of trying to find somewhere to sit around the pool.
What really made our holiday, though, were the staff. Every single person was welcoming, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Anything we needed was sorted straight away, taxis were organised for our excursions, and they even went as far as researching cocktails we fancied and making them for us!
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a handrail to the steps leading into the pool. For anyone with mobility difficulties, this would make getting in and out of the pool much easier and more accessible. It’s a relatively small addition that could make a huge difference to some guests.
And genuinely, with that one addition, I honestly think this hotel would be faultless.
Santorini itself is beautiful, but staying here made the whole experience even more special. We felt so welcome and looked after from beginning to end.
WOW WOW WOW really does sum it up. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!
We had a wonderful and memorable first visit to Santorini and picked a simply perfect hotel. Made extra special by getting engaged out there and the reception staff were incredible in helping my partner organise things and also making our room look extra special to celebrate. They gave us great advice about getting around the island and things to do. Lovely, quiet and intimate hotel with everything you need. In a great area just a 2 minute walk from the beach.
Just arrived back from a week at Kouros Village.
Perfectly located in Perissa, just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront where there is no shortage of excellent tavernas.
Small resort with a very peaceful atmosphere. The complex is beautifully designed and pristine. Everything you need is in hand.
Beautiful rooms which lead on to private or shared terraces depending on which type of room you book. (Choose superior room for private terrace). Everything you need including fridge and aircon.
Pool area is great - rarely crowded but always quiet. Yummy food and drink is available from the poolside bar. All very reasonably priced.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful, they even helped us out by driving us to the port when our taxi was delayed.
Found plenty to do on Santorini - would recommend a coach tour of the island and a sunset boat tour - both fantastic ways to see what a beautiful island Santorini is.
Highly recommend Kouros Village if you’re after a relaxing holiday !
Great Location. Fantastic rooms, always cleaned. Brilliant staff, very attentive and polite all the time. Excellent varied choice for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Perissa.
We stayed for a week in August with our grown up children. We had a superior room and our children each had double rooms. The hotel is very well situated for the beach and local bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean with shower gel, shampoo and body lotion, and towelling robes. The breakfast was a really good selection of hot and cold options, and was never too busy. All areas of the hotel were kept very clean and the area around the pool wasn't too busy, there were always beds available. Rhe staff were so helpful and kind, and always answered any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble, giving us directions, sorting out our hire car and the puncture we got. We would definitely stay here again.
