Fantastic
We spent a fantastic 2 weeks here July/August and were delighted with the hotel. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with the minor niggle being that the shower is so good it tends to wet the whole of the bathroom floor! The communal and pool areas are kept clean and well maintained, but the staff are the highlight of the hotel. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you, whether it was on reception, the bar or restaurant and the cleaning staff. They are an absolute credit to the hotel!

5-star Family Holidy
Adjacent to the Perissa beach an close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars, the hotel lies at a very favorable location. The clear architecture and the clever use of plants and trees throughout the inner pool area and around the buildings creates a calm atmosphere that invites one to stay. The room was cleaned every day and the private bathroom spacious and nice. At night one can sometimes hear cars and motorbikes outside, if the windows are kept open, but in general it is quiet (except you happen to have a neighbor seemingly redecorating their room in the middle of the night). The staff was always friendly and competent and the service was even available at the hotel beach. We had a great time as a family and can wholeheartedly recommend the Aqua Blue Hotel.

One of the most amazing relaxing holidays . The staff are all wonderful caring helpful The place is gorgeous, not overcrowded and has a perfect balance of beach and pool . Rooms are lovely and spotless . I will be back and thanks to all the gorgeous people who made it very special

Birthday break
Location is brilliant, close to lovely restaurants and shops. Lots of restaurants to choose from, especially if you love fish. Tranquillo a vegetarian restaurant became our favourite, even though I'm not a vegetarian. Frozen yoghurt opposite the cable car stn in Fira is delicious. Bus stop is a 5 mins walk. Busses run about every 15-20 mins. Hotel is on the main strip, the beach is right infront lovely views of the sea at breakfast. Hotel provides sunbeds on the beach. Nice breakfast. All the staff were amazing, very clean hotel. Our room was located with the pool out front. We had a beautiful large airy room with a good sized en-suite.We could see the monastery the highest point of the Island, from our veranda. We'd recommend an early morning walk along the strip it's beautiful. Visit the beautiful village of Pyrgos, and the church. Santo wines is also worth a visit. Walk the stairs of Oia and Fira. We hired a car for 1 day and visited all our favourite places from one end of the Island to the other in 6 hours. A very memorable holiday.
Perfect hotel for total relaxation
The hotel is perfect in every way. Spacious, very clean and modern rooms directly facing the pool. Opening the door in the morning to the tranquility of the water is so soothing. Rooms have spacious terraces overlooking the centre of the pool area and pool bar.
Food at the pool bar is good value. Large portions of tasty food at reasonable prices.
Breakfast also varied selection of cold and warm. Healthy options are available and plenty of fruit.
Private free to use beach with sun loungers just outside the hotel. Never a shortage of loungers there or at the pool.
As this is a smaller hotel the pool is not very busy and nice and quiet. Perfect for the relaxing holiday we wanted.
Staff are very friendly and are doing everything to make us feel welcome and at home.
Overall, a lovely holiday in a hotel I highly recommend.
