Situated in Perissa (Black Beach), in Santorini, the traditional Cycladic Anastasia Princess Luxury Residence (adults only) consists of three complexes with studios, deluxe apartments and suites with outdoor hot tub or outdoor pools offers two public infinity swimming pools. The black sandy beach of Perissa is just one minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are located across the beach road. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

A rich continental breakfast is served each morning at the breakfast area. Guests also enjoy an outdoor café and poolside bar.
Athinios Port is at 11 km and Santorini International Airport is around 14 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Public transportation is available to all distances every 30 minutes.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. After dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and wedding services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed here for 6 nights and it was pure bliss! The hotel is clean, the room was incredible and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and different things to choose each day were very tasty. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the hotel itself is very quiet, such a relaxing stay. The beach area is very safe and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be back!
Booked this hotel and had a very poor experience, including critical questions going unanswered for an entire business week. Overall, my honest experience fell short of what any property should offer, let alone one marketed as 4-star. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Santorini.
We loved our stay at Anastasia Princess! The hotel is beautiful and always immaculate. The staff work seamlessly together to ensure you have everything you need.
Shout out to Emerald for her great recommendations for where to eat locally, John and Maria for their wonderful beach service and Alex for his cocktail making, always with a smile. The brothers, Stavros and Lefteris, who own the hotel are also excellent hosts, making sure all the guests are well looked after. Also a big shout out to the wonderful house keeping staff who kept our room spotless for our 11 night stay.
The hotel is centrally located to everything you need and there's no issue getting a sunbed at either the beach or the two beautiful pools each morning. The hotel is also nice and quiet in the evenings, very peaceful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. We are sure to return!
Beautiful hotel , clean , friendly staff . Best Greek salad around . Would definitely return . Always a sun bed available and drinks always arrived quick . Rooms were lovey
Beautiful beachfront hotel
The positives: the rooms are very comfortable, with good-quality bedding. The hotel also has two large, peaceful swimming pools, which are very pleasant. You only have to cross a small road directly in front of the hotel to reach the private beach, which is a real plus.
The negatives: unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, particularly in the bathroom. I even found a large clump of hair in my towel. The shower is also poorly designed: it is almost impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom.
The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited variety, and the coffee was really unpleasant. Overall, some of the services and amenities you would expect from a hotel in this category are missing.
Finally, I find the value for money rather poor considering the standard of the facilities and services provided.
