Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Excellent !! If I can give 12 star out of 10 I would. From arrival to departure excellent customer service. Property cleanliness food attentions to detail everything was top notch. The best of all were the friendly faces and going above and beyond customer service from the whole team. Would never stay anywhere else in Oia !!!!!!
Only two days into our four-day stay, and I already know I don’t need to wait until the end of the trip to write this review! Aspaki Art Maisons has been absolutely incredible. The staff put my wife and me in a phenomenal room with breathtaking views of the famous blue domes and the volcano. The room, property, and attention to detail are all impeccable. Everyone here has been so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The location and views are truly hard to put into words — it feels surreal waking up every morning to this scenery. The hotel is so beautiful that people constantly stop along the walkway to take photos, which honestly just shows how incredible the setting is. We feel incredibly lucky to actually get to stay here and experience it from the inside. We’re only halfway through our stay, but we already know this is somewhere we’ll want to come back to. What an absolutely beautiful and amazing hotel. We had the best time and literally never wanted to leave the hotel since the property itself is absolutely stunning. We spent one night in their endless blue room for our honeymoon and it was the absolute hi-light of our trip. Not only that, the staff is top tier. Special thank you to Nefeli for making our stay so smooth and being so lovely and extremely helpful. Also the two gentleman waiter/bartender (we unfortunately forgot to ask for their names) were so attentive, kind, and a pleasure to be around. The room was amazing, so clean, and they put special touches to make our honeymoon feel so special. My husband and I have traveled to many different places around the world, stayed in many different hotels, but this was by far one of our best stays! We will remember our stay/staff for the rest of our life and we are so grateful to the hotel and its staff for this core memory. We will 100% be back. It is worth every single penny.
Excellent location, loved our stay, the location was exquisite with the best view of the caldera hands down. The only problem we had was with the concierge via WhatsApp, there was alot of miscommunication. Taxi not being there at the time we were told, we missed our boat to the restaurant because we were given the wrong time. I suggest arranging your own transfers. Other than that great location.
My husband and I traveled here celebrating my 40th Birthday and all I can say is WOW. One of the more amazing views I have seen in my lifetime. The hotel is immaculate, the reception is incredibly helpful and responsive, and the food is delicious. Truly a 5 star experience, Joanna and the reception team were very helpful with dinner reservations and sunset views to make our trip even more memorable, and planning our breakfast every day.
Our Cave Suite was very clean and quiet, while providing immaculate views and relaxation. The only downside to this hotel is that you have to push through all the tourists to get to the entrance of the hotel since its such a picturesque view (and during high season everyone is trying to get a picture, literally lines of people), but the hotel handles this very well. We had a guy carry our luggage from the transport all the way through the crowd both the day we arrived and the day we left, and they do not hesitate to get everyone out of the way! The hotel does a great job of keeping the privacy from all of the photo takers outside the front door.
Overall this was a stellar experience that we will remember forever!
