'The Standard Promo Rooms are located in an eighty meters distance annex building. Guests will need to indulge in a pleasant few minutes' walk to reach the breakfast area and other facilities of the hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that during the off-season (between October 15th and April 15th), due to low outside ambient temperatures and potentially strong winds, the outdoor pools and hot tubs may not reach desired temperatures. Between April 15 and October 15th Pool temperatures are set to 28 Celsius and Hot Tubs are set to 37 Celsius. Weather anomalies in the summer period may also negatively affect these set temperatures.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands. Guests can get to nearby shops on the complimentary shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a very nice experience at the Volcano View Hotel. The views are stunning. The rooms and facilities are clean and well tended. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food options. George, the bartender, is friendly and creates tasty cocktails. Overall, a very good choice while visiting Santorini.
Beautiful view of the Caldera! Property is pristine and service is top notch.
This is a pre-tour stop on our Bicycle Tour (VBT) vacation. Once again VBT picked a winner. Rooms are terraced into the hillside with private patios. Staff is attentive and front desk staff helped with great dinning suggestions and tour reservations. Unfortunately we couldn't fit the spa in. Immaculately clean. Gorgeous pools. Not advisable for mobility limited folks, lots of narrow stairs between levels.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and wow — the hotel was absolutely beautiful! There’s really nothing bad to say.
The service we received from Maria at the front desk was the most kind and welcoming we experienced throughout our trip. The cleanliness was good, the location was excellent and close to everything, and the view was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen.
The breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, we had an absolutely amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
The Volcano View Hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m not one to order a Piña colada but I tried one. It was incredible and the best tasting piña colada I have ever had. The views from anywhere on the property are beautiful and the sunsets are just as spectacular!!! This experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity and one to remember. I can only imagine being able to return again in the future. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making my stay so special and memorable.
