'The Standard Promo Rooms are located in an eighty meters distance annex building. Guests will need to indulge in a pleasant few minutes' walk to reach the breakfast area and other facilities of the hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that during the off-season (between October 15th and April 15th), due to low outside ambient temperatures and potentially strong winds, the outdoor pools and hot tubs may not reach desired temperatures. Between April 15 and October 15th Pool temperatures are set to 28 Celsius and Hot Tubs are set to 37 Celsius. Weather anomalies in the summer period may also negatively affect these set temperatures.

An Unforgettable Stay at Volcano View
We are a family of five, and we have just spent nine wonderful nights at Volcano View. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Volcano View truly made our trip to Santorini even more special, and a huge part of our amazing experience is thanks to the incredible people working there.
From the very first moment, we were welcomed so warmly by the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
We would especially like to thank Kostas, Petros, and Sofia. Their genuine kindness, positive energy, and outstanding service made every single day brighter. They always put a smile on our faces and gave us the best possible start to each morning. Together with the rest of the team, they made us feel like we had found a second family. Saying goodbye to such wonderful people was honestly one of the hardest parts of leaving Santorini. We wish them nothing but the very best—they truly deserve it.
The hotel itself is exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with breathtaking views of the caldera. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the pool area was peaceful, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded.
Every single member of the staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
We cannot recommend Volcano View highly enough, whether you are staying for a few nights or a longer holiday. Thank you, Volcano View, for giving our family memories we will cherish forever. We will definitely be back!

Nice couple days
Stayed for three nights, gorgeous views, friendly service. PROs: The view, attentive service. breakfast. CONs: The bathroom was somewhat dated; only two coffee pods were provided for free for the entire stay; with taxi prices anywhere on the island, including Fira, 10 min away, we could just upgrade and stay in Fira.
