'The Standard Promo Rooms are located in an eighty meters distance annex building. Guests will need to indulge in a pleasant few minutes' walk to reach the breakfast area and other facilities of the hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that during the off-season (between October 15th and April 15th), due to low outside ambient temperatures and potentially strong winds, the outdoor pools and hot tubs may not reach desired temperatures. Between April 15 and October 15th Pool temperatures are set to 28 Celsius and Hot Tubs are set to 37 Celsius. Weather anomalies in the summer period may also negatively affect these set temperatures.

Great experience
We’ve been 4 times and never fails to disappoint. Absolutely the best time ever the view and staff are perfect and don’t compare to other. Christina at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful she goes over and above and is so lovely. Kostas and petros at breakfast also made our stay so nice. 10/10

Beautiful experience. Couldn't ask for anything more for our honeymoon. Gorgeous food with a sunset view to die for! Staff were also very accommodating.
All we could’ve asked for and more
We planned this trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday, having been to Santorini previously. I contacted the hotel in advance to let them know about the celebrations and was put in touch with Tina. She provided additional activities we could do and I was drawn the the private cruise. Tina was amazing and answered all of my questions and contacted the company on my behalf to arrange a vegetarian option. She was very kind to keep the whole cruise a secret for my wife. Upon arrival, Christina had already been briefed on the plans and was very kind to not mention this to my wife and settled all discreetly. Private transport to the boat was a special touch.
The hotel is amazing and staff are so friendly. The breakfast was really good and added bonus was Sophia was there to welcome us and brighten our day. She was also understanding when we changed our pre arranged birthday drinks at last minute. Costas was fun and came to our aid a number of times to help our things in our room, even late at night.
George was making some great cocktails at the main pool. It was a shame we could not add those to our room bill.
We had a lovely room and often sat on the terrace taking in the stunning view. The stairs are steep moving around the hotel so bear that in mind.
The hotel provides a regular shuttle to Fira which was handy and there is a mini mart across the road, we a few shops/eateries less than 10 mins away

Very beautiful hotel where you immediately feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. I especially want to emphasize this because, when you’re traveling, feeling at home and being surrounded by welcoming people is extremely important. The hospitality is perfect, and the staff is attentive and there for you from morning until night.
During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting my friend Georges, who helped me see things differently when it comes to my business. This man truly has a gift. He knows how to give advice and make you see reality from a different perspective, while always being respectful and never offensive. He is honestly an extraordinary person.
And I can’t talk about Georges without mentioning his incredible cocktails. Your Piña Colada and Strawberry Daiquiri were the best I have ever had in my life, and believe me, I don’t say that lightly. You have a real talent. From the preparation to the moment I enjoyed every sip, everything was perfect. You truly made my stay even more special.
Georges, I want to personally and sincerely thank you for everything you did for me and for the experience you gave me during my trip. I will never forget it.
